Sears Buyers beware! Purchased an item and after a few weeks was told the order had been canceled. They show it in stock and other stores show it coming in on 8/31/16. I came in today but was told that I cannot have it unless I get a refund for the amount I purchased it at and repurchase it at the new & much higher price. They are refusing to give me the name of the District Mgr or Regional Mgr to escalate my concerns.

Great store! It was sad to see the full line store close. But now we have a locally owned Sears Hometown Store that offers all of the great Sears products that we all grew to love. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for appliances, tools, bedding, or any kind of lawn and garden equipment!!
