This is the worst run pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. They filled a prescription for me and only gave me 2 of the 30 pills. The prescription was called in the previous morning by my dr. When i called to make sure make surenit was ready for pick up the next day (afternoon) i was told it wasnt ready, and would be ready in 2 hours. I went through the drive through 2 hours later and was told it still wasnt ready. I had to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes. After got a couple miles from the store at a stop light, i realized they screwed up the prescription. When i called they sent me on a maze of phone transfers taking at least an hour of my time to finally have them admit their mistake and explain they are busy. Also- for the past 6 months their text msg notifications have not been working. Every time i ask why they tell me there was an update to the system, but its fixed now. Then, the next 6 months of saying the same thing it still today doesnt work. Save yourself a headache and get your prescriptions filled at Meijer. My wife and kids get all of theirs filled at Meijer, and never have to wait and never have any problems. Whoever is running the show at this walmart is a clown.

There are 7 things you can ALWAYS count on when going to about ANY Wal-Mart: 1) There will always be piles of trash floating around or piled up in the parking lot. 2) There will never be more then 3 or 4 checkout lanes open (even on the busiest days of the year) 3) The restrooms will always have equipment broken in it. 4) The restrooms will always be filthy and unsanitary. 5) There is never anyone in the Department you need assistance with (Course there is always someone working in another department that cannot help you). 6) Generations of birds are being born and die inside the store. 7) Near the beginning of each month you can expect to wait 30+ minutes to check out at any checkout lane. The Anderson location is by far the dirtiest and worst maintained Wal-Mart around. For it being the biggest reseller of goods in the universe it baffles me that they never seem to have enough employees to service and assist everyone coming in to buy items. I personally try to avoid going to Wal-Mart unless there is no other choice and never buy meat or poultry from there anymore.

WORST WALMART IN COUNTRY!! This place is a joke. Three times I have not gotten my groceries. They never have help all idiots are in there. No help. So when you do get into a line it is so crammed you get shoved to the end. No way you can see they are ringing you up wrong. I hate hate this store. When I called the 800 number I was told to give it three days till someone contacts me!! THREE DAYS FOR SOMETHING I PAID FOR AND DID NOT GET!! I dont know which is more horrific the people working there or the people that are in line with you. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THAT STORE! BE AFRAID AND STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AFTER CALLING I WAS ON HOLD 20 MINUTES TO TALK TO HIM! I had the 800 number and the manager both on hold. NEITHER CARED THAT YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!

Wanting to pick up an online order. Stood at the customer service desk. The clerk helped a person returning several items. We asked her to call for assistance, she stated she did. Asked another person walking by for assistance she was not capable of running the machine. There were than 10 people lined up. About 7 staff member standing behind the counter I finally said one of the staff members was there a manager around? She stated she was a manager and I asked could somebody else come and run one of the other machines and she said well she could so she finally opened up the machine unsure why she had not already done it. Then I was told I needed to go to the back of the store to pick up my item. I will be ordering all things off of Amazon never Walmart. 30 mins of my life wasted in Walmart.

Sad had to get Wal-Marts to replace a pre-paid cell phone that broke down. Warranty on pre-paids ends in 15days. So had to return to Samsung 4 times, without getting fixed. Come to learn the original receipt proof of purchase from Wal-Mart had the wrong IMEI number. After over a month Wal-Mart corrected the problem by giving me newer upgrade, no extra charge. I also use Straight Talk, the whole store had just a handful for sale for customers. There was lot of disappointed people who use S.T. provider. They happen to be talking about this problem within ear range so I bought mine right then and there. Whats wrong with American businesses?

Aside from the apparent clutter, after 10 pm, the idiots invade the place. Parents letting kids climb in the furniture displays (sitting on top of shelves 4-5 ft high), juveniles roaming aisles yelling for no reason and throwing merchandise, people in auto parts blaring car stereos just to make noise was just part of the entertainment. I actually fell sorry for some of the staff working in that hell-hole. I went there because I needed a tool for an emergency break/fix. Next time, it can wait. I will not be back to this freak show. Go to Meijer, its a much better experience.

Once again, checkouts were NOT sufficient for the number of people standing at the ready to checkout. It seems that just because there are self-checkouts, we must assume everybody is scrambling to use them. Not the people who were pacing the other/normal checkouts along with me. The time was 9:30am with one (#16) checkout... none at the grocery end. I chose not to use the self-checkouts because I hate the crowding AND because I had over $200 worth of groceries! Get a clew, Walmart, you cant possibly assume everyone will use the self checkout no matter the day or the time.

Everything moved along at a snails pace. One person working in the automotive counter. Took information several times and had to go look at the tire size even after I told her what the size was. Then she had to go out and look again. Was told that it would be about an hour wait.....we will see. Worse experience at any auto service center ever! After an extended wait, the ticket was lost which resulted in an even longer wait. And they didnt apologize or appear to even care.

It takes 30 minutes to find out theyre out of stock they never have any registers open if they do by chance have a register open its 1 and theyre always lined all the way back to the Isles the self-checkout machines dont work I always have to have the assistant reset them i have tried all the self-checkouts there all the same and also there is more video surveillance signs in the tampon aisle then in the audio video section they must really have a problem

Rude cashiers. Especially later in the day and night. 2 registers open at 9pm on a very busy Friday night. Incredibly rude to my friends and I who were looking to get a bike. Said they would call security on us cause my friend was playing with a ball. Needless to say, I see teens in here playing with toys and stealing and causes problems yet the workers do nothing. They do not get my business any more. Rude lady.
