I called to inquire about a few things and the gentleman was not only less than helpful, but rude too... I was looking to make a large purchase of bottles of wine and was asking about the crates to keep as well and he was simply judgmental and rude. Needless to say, I will not be shopping here for my wine purchases.

Competitive prices, very interesting and varied selection, they always follow through with futures purchases (anyone who is a regular purchaser of futures knows that this is not the case with all retailers), free shipping to Chicago storage facilities once a month...
