This Pharmacy does not even deserve a 1 star! First they used the old bait and switch tactic to get my prescription business by quoting a lower price on the phone and then charging me a much higher price when I went there to pay. The Service is absolutely the worst Ive ever experienced at a Pharmacy.....Ive been to a number of them to compare. The people at the VH store are not friendly and EXTREMELY SLOW. I have been told to come back in 5-6 hours or the next day after calling in a prescription before noon. They pretend to update their database with Manufacturer discount cards only to have them attempt to charge you Full Price every single time you return for a refill.....I had to remind them and tell them every time..."No I have a discount card and its in your database......or is it ?" I will NEVER again go to Walmart or the Pharmacy as long as its in my control!

I waited in a customer service area for like 25 minutes with a young girl who clearly didnt know what she was doing and I wonder why they would put her on the register in customer service. When I finally get to the register for my pickup they tell me I have to go to the back of the store. Why wouldnt they have a sign that clearly post, if you have a online pick up you are to go to the back of the store. So when I get to the back of the store I was trying to tell the person that was back there, that they need to have a sign that clearly shows where people are to go in certain situations. The guy in the back thought I was talking about the sign above where he was at and had attitude. This would definitely be my last time coming to this store.

Do yourself a favor, spend an extra $1 on shampoo at Walgreens to avoid this hole. Im almost positive this Walmart is an entryway to hell. There were tortilla chips & donuts on the floor. Unsupervised children were smashing them with their parents carts and giggling uncontrollably. The make up section looked like a paint by numbers; open bottles of concealer, cracked eye shadow palettes, smeared lipsticks on the SHELVING units. Ugh. An absolute atrocity. This building should probably be condemned. Im actually thankful they dont have a produce section as rats and roaches would flock without fear of persecution. Much like the people who shop at this store and treat it like little Mexico.

I order a Black Nike Hat online for a store pick up at this location. I had my son pick it up and he was given a White Nike Hat. When I called the store, they said that they dont even carry any Nike gear. I called Customer Care who called the store and was given the same information by the store. Website and Store inventories need to be better aligned. The solution from the store was to return the item for our money back instead of resolving their error. Customer Care did a great job to help me resolve the error. The Vernon Hills, IL store is a terrible store that I always have issue with...I do not have issues in similar stores in the area (i.e. Target).

Flip said it best, "sucks butt". This is by far the worst Walmart I have been to. Terrible service is an understatement. Incompetence is a good fit. Rude cashiers with a few exceptions, slow to unresponsive and then uneducated people in their departments. I have the same to say of their competitor next door. Vernon hills has a disease and Walmart must be the carrier monkey. I can only dream that this store will disappear or corporate will catch on and clean house. Do I sound upset?? :)

Worst Walmart I have been too...Staffs doesnt know how to do simple things like scanning goods properly. I purchased a Go-Phone and they didnt scan properly and my service go disabled the next day. The cashier didnt know how to handle a travellers chaque and so I had to spend at least 2 hrs working with very rude people and ultimately couldnt solve my problem!

I used to work here from Nov 2011 to the end of Sep 2014 before I moved to beautiful Provo, UTAH. Pay was modest, made some good friends on the overnight shift I worked. Big shout out to Joel F, Richard B, Pepe R, Maria Melonhead, Michael B, David D, Mark J, Miguel R, Phil A, and Jenny Jenny Jenny B! BTW Steven Slagle was a dick and so was David Dow.

I prefer not to shop at the store if I can help it. However I had to use their customer service and the two women working there where the sweetest women. That is the only reason why this door gets 5 stars because of their customer service. Otherwise I dont purchase anything unless Im desperate at the store or any store bearing this name.

Rather sub-par as Walmarts go. The grocery section is minuscule. The returns department is also a pain in the neck, telling us we already returned a product that we obviously didnt. It took over an hour to make the return. The selection is rather small, and its just not a great experience. Go to the Target in Vernon Hills instead.

My days with shopping at Wal-Mart are done. They changed policy on electronics without notifying customers of the change. I am stuck with $200 worth of electronic items that is defective. No refund, no store credit, no selection for an exchange, no options. I was late by 2 days after their 15 day return policy. Done with Wal-Mart.

They hardly ever have any registers open. Employees always seem unhappy, and give off attitude when you ask them for help. Had an employee tell me he wasted his time helping me when i changed my mind and decided to not buy a selfie stick he was trying to sell to me! Just rude! Ill avoid the hassle and go to Target next time.

Rude and uneducated are apt descriptions for the persons that have dealt with me today. No discrimination as to language, just lack of any training on what service means, and how to treat customers as you would hope to be treated as a customer. I shall go to another store next time, and it will not be a Walmart.

Lady kicked me and my friends out for doing soccer tricks with a ball. The ball didnt disturb anything, Then when one of us started messing around again and we all laughed she kicked us out and said we couldnt come back or else they would call the cops... Guess thats what 50 cents an hour does to your mood...

The cashier I just encountered was extremely rude, condescending, and had a horrible attitude towards me as a customer, simply because I slid my credit card instead of inserting it into the machine. I recommend additional training for cashiers in how to treat customers. Awful attitude toward paying customers.

Redheaded cashier, Patricia, would not allow me to get in line to check out claiming someone else was coming! Idk how it works here but in most stores EVERYONE has to wait their turn to check out. Cashiers should not be saving spots for select customers. Major discrimination and racism at this store.

This lady said that she would call the police because we asked her if theres a pizza place and theyre just like I dont know why because she said that she had my number and she said you guys should go wander off and call someone else like we wont even print calling her and like I dont get it
