Bakery- I ordered a Hot Wheels cake for my sons 5th Birthday and Im not sure if most of you know, but hot wheels are very bright and colorful. I asked for these same colors for his cake when i made the order. I also ordered 18 cupcakes. Well to my extreme displeasure when i got there the colors were pastel and soft. I was sooo disappointed. The Bakery team informed me that baker who had decorated my cake was gone for the evening and would not be back in time to fix it for my sons party. They called a manager and Im not sure what this guys deal was but he was not helpful at all. (I didnt catch his name). But there was really no point in him being there.. Then next thing i know. God had sent me an Angel. Her name is KAY.. Support Manager Kay to be exact. I explained the situation, we talked over some ideas and she walked back there and put on a hairnet and an apron and gloves and next thing I know, she was making miracles happen. She made the current cake so beautiful by adding pops of color in different spots, and covered up the base of the cake with a bright red and orange, she made fire look like it was coming from the top and redid all of my cupcakes. I am sooooo grateful for this woman. you have no idea. Kay went above and beyond to make a little boys birthday perfect. so to Kay, with all my heart!! Thank you :-) and Walmart Thank you so much for hiring THESE Kinds of managers (you might want to have a conversation with the other guy though) All in all, Satisfied Customer!!!

The customer service here was appalling. We went in around 11:45pm to get one quick thing that cost us barely two dollars. There were only two registers open--which isnt surprising, except for the fact that there were six other employees just standing around in the same general area. We switched lines partway through in hopes of getting through faster, but we were sent back to the first line because that register was closing. So we returned to the first, slower line. Only to have that cashier tell us we had to move to a different register because she was leaving too. There were no other registers open. Finally, the Customer Service Manager came and opened a register--after us standing there for several minutes with literally no open registers in the entire store. We hurried to get in line, only to be cut off by the second cashier who told us she was closing her register. The Customer Service Manager then took the time to open several coin rolls and have a complete conversation with the cashier before completing the transaction. Keep in mind, throughout this entire process, we had one item that cost us barely two dollars and arrived before midnight. This entire customer service experience was simply unacceptable. Luckily, we dont live anywhere near here so the likeliness of us having to deal with this Walmart again is slim. But I hope for everyone elses sakes that they shape up because this was one of the top three worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

I dont know if all stores are as bad as this one. I bought an item with a coupon and the Walmart associate used it on the wrong item that I did not want ( I was asking her questions and comparing two items, so she rang up the wrong item with and I took it home). So I went to return 3 days later and explained the situation. This is where things got worse: 1. First associate treated me as if I did not know what I was talking about or in other words like I am dumb. 2. Her manager then spoke to me and plainly blamed me. I told her if I wanted the item, why was I returning it. 3. She told me that maybe the coupon was different than what I was explaining to her. 4. I told her that I will be glad to show the coupon I used if they can pull up my record. 5. They said they cant access my records but it certainly was my fault. 6. A third person can by and she again blamed me. All of them made sure that I felt stupid. After this incident yes I feel stupid for shopping in Walmart.

This is the closest Walmart to my home, and I regularly fill my prescriptions here. A trip to any Walmart for me is challenging as they are usually noisy, crowded, and generally chaotic. I notice other patrons here are usually short on patience, and Ive observed long lines and too few cashiers on many occasions. Still, I put in my earplugs and brave the atmosphere when absolutely necessary. I have never met an employee here that didnt greet me with a smile and courteous service. If I could suggest anything to this particular location, it would be to work toward staffing enough cashiers, deli and customer service personnel to fill the demand. And to my fellow shoppers, please try to be more patient and courteous to others... I have seen a lot of rude, impatient behavior and, well, life is just too short!

First, I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for anyone to attempt to help me get a layaway set up. Apparently the one person that management bothered to train on layaway was on break. The Customer Service Manager finally said she would try to help but that she hadt even been trained yet! That was 2 weeks ago. Went to make a payment on it yesterday & printed right on the receipt it tells you for you convenience (HA!) you make a payment at any register. Ended up trying 2 different registers, neither person was trained on how to do it. Suggestion Walmart: dont launch & advertise a program you so obviously do not want people to partake in. I will NOT be doing layaway in the future.

I would give this Walmart 0 stars if possible, this store appears to have the most incompetent people I have ever faced in my lifetime. Some of them carry badges of 15 years of service but they still cant even answer a simple question or perform a task, example guy working in a TV department doesnt know if TV has a coaxial port, he cant operate the register or answer any questions, his buddy is simply texting using his personal cell. Lady checking the receipts by the door doesnt even speak enough of a clear English to state whatever shes trying to say. If this is the future of Walmart I wouldnt mind seeing them get out of the market.

This store is a total joke!!!!!! Employees at the service desk did not know what the hell they were doing and the area around the service desk was cluttered with so much crap it was difficult even getting to the service desk. Multiple customers were unhappy with the service desk employees because of the time it was taking to do exchanges. I went there to do an express payment so it would post on time to my account and the employee totally screwed that up resulting in my account to be late and charged a late fee. NEVER will go back to this store or any Walmart store for that matter!!!

I have been going to this store for many years now. My daughter is well known among the workers there too. The only two complaints I have is that 1) I have found items to be out of stock even after informing workers of this & coming back in a week or so, which is is very frustrating. I have spoken to a manager on a couple of occasions to get the issue resolved. 2) Its hard to find any help when you need it without going all the way up front to the registers. When people go to the store they want some real "Customer Service"...something that has almost vanished in todays world...sadly
