Worse Selection, they have no sense what to keep. Mostly glass are old style and they have one style more than one. And not a good selection of vape. I think is waist of time to go there. See your attitude are so rude, Now you are replying me with rude attitude. I came with my friend in the 3rd week of july, and asked you couple of juice flavors. But according to you, these all the juices tell us which one you want, even you dont know lot of yours juices. I am surprise how you running your business, I think you are good just with teen age because they doesnt have sense what they want. Next time I will record your statement for proof.

This is a great vape & tobacco shop in the Aurora/Tri-Cities area. They are super friendly and welcoming, happy to give you their time, advice or allow you space to browse. Tobacco & Gift have a wide selection of juices to choose from and are always getting new kinds while stocking favorites in a number of nicotine contents. They also carry a great variety of vaping and smoking implements so whatever youre looking for chances are they already have it. I would guess that many of their clientele are repeat business because once youve gone here youve found your steady shop.

My husband and I have been shopping here since this couple had a little place in Geneva. They are friendly and have great prices. We moved further and quit smoking but we still make the journey to st. Charles to say hi and see what cool stuff they have in the store this month! Great people. If you had a bad experience its most likely that you were being rude. Ive never seen them without a smile or nice comment for any of their customers. But hey, we all have our off days. They have always been good to us.

I have never been to a tobacco shop where the owners are so helpful and friendly. Their selection of tobacco and pipes are extensive and their selection of e-cigarette products and refills is larger than that of most dedicated shops Ive been to. The shop is quite small (and probably should be larger considering the number of products they carry) and could easily be missed if driving by. If you are a tobacco or e-cig user I would definitely suggest you drop in. It has become my go to shop for e-cig refills.

Best place around. Owners are super helpful and when they dont have juice we are looking for they order it for us. Great people and have a ton of juice selection. They always are friendly polite and answer all my annoying million questions with understanding and patience. I see a few negative one star reviews and they are so so wrong about this establishment. My boyfriend and I are regulars who will be continuing to go here for our needs on a weekly basis. Love it!

The couple that owns this store is very friendly. They are always patient and will never rush someone looking through their vast selection of glass. They have a huge variety of sizes and prices with some truly unique pieces. They are always fully stocked, organized and clean. They also have a large assortment unique gifts and non-smoking related items. You wont be disappointed.

Worse place to go, The owner has no knowledge of vape juice and mods. I went with my friends and ask to test couple of juices they regret and when I asked about the flavors, the guy doesnt have any knowledge. He said you buy which one you like and his behavior is worse with customer. I will suggest please dont go for vape in this place.

I dont know what the reviewers of this place are smoking, but it aint anything theyre selling. Guy behind the counter was rude and completely unhelpful. Youd have thought I went in there looking to commission a painting instead of buy cigarettes. Count me among the people who will not be returning.

Amazing place with amazing selections!! They have a variety of items for sale from tobacco, vapor, glass, and accessories for each! The owners are always super helpful and kind/friendly. They gladly give any advise/answers about their products, and sell them for a great and fair price!!

This is my hands down favorite tobacco / pipe store. The owner and his wife are very friendly! The selection and prices cant be beat. The quality of herbal incense is the best around. I would go out of my way to shop at this store!
