I ORDERED AN ARRANGEMENT W/ A HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAR ATTACHED I SPECIFICLY ASKED IF THEY HAD THAT BEAR BECACUSE THATS WHAT SOLD THE ARRANGEMENT FOR US AN OLDER MAN THAT I HAD ALOT OF TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING ASSURED ME THAT YES THEY HAD IT. I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM MY FRIEND (DA BIRTHDAY GIRL) SHE ASKED ME IF I HAD SENT HER FLOWERS BECAUSE SHE COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE WRITING ON THE CARD!!!! NOW HOW RIDICULUS WAS THAT DO THEY NOT EVEN HAVE A COMPUTER WITH A PRINTER CONNECTED TO IT, OR EVEN A TYPEWRITER? OH AND THATS NOT ALL FRIEND SENT A PIC OF THE ARRANGEMENT AND DA BEAR IS NOT THE BEAR THAT WE WANTED MIND YOU REMEMBER I SAID EARLIER THAT THE BEAR WAS THE ONE THAT SOLD US ON THE ARRENGEMENT INSTEAD THEY PUT A TY BEAR IT LOOKS LIKE WHAT YOU WOULD GET IN A HAPPY MEAL!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WILL NOT BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.... THE FLOWERS WERE NICE BUT THAT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD PAID FOR !!!!

I bought a beautiful bouquet of flowers as part of a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. I have never been to Larkin Floral and Gifts before. I was so pleased with the service and artistry I found there. They asked me the amount I wanted to spend and the colors I wanted and in turn I was presented with a stunning arrangement that exceeded my expectations completely. The flowers were fresh and lovely. The gentleman who was making my bouquet included the largest deep pink rose I have ever seen. On my way out to the car a woman stopped me to admire this shockingly beautiful bloom. I highly recommend this florist, and will always choose Larkin Floral when I need beautiful flowers in the future!

I went online and ordered flowers from this florest thru a 800 number. I phoned the 800 number the next day to confirm that the flowers were delivered. Guess what, the florist company, LARKIN FLORIST AND GIFTS never delivered the floral order. They werent willing to take a discount off the order so I canceled and will not only never order from this floral company but I will inform others as well. Terrible customer service and lack of respect. **By the way they are only getting one star becuase you cant leave the field blank!

Ive bought flowers from Larkin Floral for over 10 years for just about every occasion and they have always impressed me with their service and breath taking arrangements. I was in high school the first time I bought flowers from them (back when they were in the smaller shop across the street from Larkin High), the mom and pop shop were so helpful and courteous despite being so busy with the other students. I will always use them as my only source for flowers in Elgin.

I needed flowers for my moms bd, i almost forgot so i needed it ASAP today, googled flower shop in elgin, this one showed up on my list, never been there before, called them, i told this guy ill be there in 30 min i need birthday flowers, i was there in 20 beautiful bouquet of roses and some other flowers was ready for less than 60$, i recommend this flower shop!!! saved my good name lol, cant tell anything about their delivery service though
