ive been to the jewels up in indiana, homewood, olympia fields, south chicago heights, the east end, the south side of the city, and the north side of the city and out of all of them I love this one most. The pharmacy staff here are all so nice. Sometimes I come up in a bad mood and take it out on them but they always appreciate my buisness anyway. I never have told them how greatful I am for all their help with my rescriptions but one time I was up there and heard someone complaining and told them to go shop some place else if they didnt like this place cause there is a whole line full of satisfied customers waiting for their turn. The young lady seemed pretty happy I came to her rescue. The whole staff over there is superb though. the wait times at wallgreens is always 2 hours but they get my stuff in 5 minutes here even though they tell me 10 or 15. im gonna call corporate and tell them not to listen to all the fake complaints because this place is quality.

The layout is more convenient than the jewel on 87 in which I frequent but the attitudes and poor customer service make me not want to visit the store ever again. Somebody needs to explain to the staff that WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THEY DONT HAVE A JOB!! This was the worst jewel experience because the old lady at self check out "Dee" has No manners or regard for customer service!

They spent a few million dollars refurbishing the building and it does show. I have been going to that store since I was born and it does look better. The issue will always remain that since it is such a smaller building than other Jewels it wont have that huge open air look that most newer grocery stores go for now adays.

Staff at this Jewel Osco is really friendly. They helped me out when I lost the important documents there. The guy at the cameras ..his name was probably Nick helped to locate the documents using the cameras....Really appreciate this kind of extra and beyond customer service....

Parking lot was being redone you would think they would do this at night and not during peak hours right before the holiday. Employees werent very friendly. Seem like the store is small and disorganized. There was stuff everywhere.

Not sure where the young guy "Brooks" is havent seen him in a while hes made chef kitchen a great experience very friendly and helpful young man EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you I to the chef kitchen ask for Brooks!

I purchased a party platter and it was poorly made, they dont answer the phone and Ill never go back because the customer service is poor. The deli department needs to be remodeled because the appearance is filthy

Awful. All of the customers walk around confused because everything is nearly impossible to find and there isnt an isle in the store that you can get down without a store employee in the way with carts.

While the pharmacy was VERY helpful, self checkout was a non functioning nightmare. Only 2 check-outs were available and the clerk interrupted check out by deciding to add bags that were not needed.

This is the Only Jewel I have gone to in the burbs that does NOT have a "Pier" so they Dont sell fresh fish, crablegs , etc. to select from the showcase & everything else is way Overpriced

Doesnt always have fresh fruits and vegetables. They believe can sell you anything. Sometimes i haye to even come to this store. Rather travel to the Homewood store..
