Ive had nothing but great experiences ordering floral arrangements from Deptula. The first was a birthday gift for my mom that I ordered through Deptulas website. The flowers arrived on time and were gorgeous, and the best part is the roses lasted almost two weeks! My big order from Deptula, though, was the centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres for my January wedding. The consultation we had with Cathy and Chris was excellent - I knew almost exactly what I wanted, and Chris and Cathy made some excellent suggestions on how to make my ideas even better than I could have dreamed. The flowers were delivered to my parents (where I was getting ready) and the venue (the Morton Arboretum) perfectly on time, and they were absolutely gorgeous! I received so many compliments on the wedding day about how lovely the flowers were. To top off the outstanding service and gorgeous arrangements, Deptula is also very reasonably priced. This is definitely the place to go if you are looking for beautiful flower arrangements for your wedding!

I work at a florist in Florida and needed to send flowers in the Schaumburg area for a funeral service. I found Deptulas online and spoke to Reshi (hope Im spelling that correctly, dont have my notes here...). He was very courteous, helpful and professional and able to work with me to take an arrangement I liked on their website and make it a little smaller since it was a little more than I wanted to spend. I had to call him back two more times with info and a change to the card message and he was always pleasant and very accommodating. I received an email verifying the delivery, and an email from the recipient telling me how beautiful the flowers were. Very happy, would definitely use this florist again.

Very bad experience with Deptula Flowers in Schaumberg i placed a order on Tuesday for a wake on Thursday well i was checking my account to see if they had charged me and how much and Thursday morning no charge had gone through so i called and the women i spoke to was like i guess i lost your order WHAT!!!! like it was no big deal she said they could get something there that day but i was worried it would look thrown together she promised it wouldnt but unfortunately it did looked lik wedding leftovers thrown on a easel and was very expensive for the mess my family was not happy!

On June 20, 2015 I hosted a wedding reception at my home for my daughter. I worked with Cathy she was awesome. My daughter lives in California and I had to relay my daughters vision to Cathy. Ordered a baby boy ducky (the premium) flowers from teleflora. A winnie the pooh vase with not so premium flowers was delivered. Not happy.
