I didnt have packing tape. the guy behind the counter didnt have any he could sell me for some reason. He would tape up my boxes but not in front of me. I was hesitant because I had to leave my untaped boxes with him as he was too busy to tape them. My husband thought I was being ridiculous and there was a line behind us. One of the boxes had wedding gifts. Yes, I know, I left them there, in an untapped box to avoid an argument with my husband. That box is half-full now. BUT... instead filled up with packing peanuts- all over the place- both boxes stuffed with them. They are NOT how I packed them. Now as I unpack the boxes everything is spilling all over the place AND its spilling all over friggin packing peanuts. Im pretty angry. I dont even know what is missing. -Nothing expensive but still. I partially blame myself for not standing my ground. Be more careful than I was.

My UPS store next to my house closed so I had to go to another one. I walked in, said hi, took the labels for Amazon off from the boxes and gave it to them. One of the reps asked if I had tape.. uh, what? She asked if I had tape. I said no. She said when its prepaid everything has to come ready to go. I kept my cool down, this is the first time someone from UPS store ever says something like that to me. Let alone even USPS tapes boxes professionally and without telling us, the customers, that it has to be tapped. I felt stupid while they were tapping this ... never coming back here again .........

UPS stores are basically the same. They accept packages, give prices the computer says to give based on size, weight, and destination. From there the packages are picked up by a driver and the store has no contact with them. People complaining about things like a lamp that was broken and only insured for $100 should have purchased additional insurance. $100 is standard insurance unless you buy more. Complaining about prices, insurance, late deliveries, etc is really stupid since the cashier at your UPS store had nothing to do with it.

Every time Im there I witness them being very rude to other customers. Tonight I was one of them, I called there in a panic and asked if the UPS driver was still there and he said to me(in his accent)he will be leaving shortly, I begged him to please have him wait and I would be there in 3 minutes. Sure enough I get there within my 3 minutes and the driver was gone! He couldnt or wouldnt ask the driver?! Theres plenty of other UPS stores that will get my business from now on!!

Very rude, ran out of packaging tape so I was unable to tape my package before I brought it in. The man behind the counter told I need to buy some or next time he will not accept my package. Even though he had 3 rolls of tape behind the counter. I work in sales and deal with customers all day long, I would get written up at my job if I talked to my customer like that. You are suppose to go above and beyond for your customers and not be rude.

They make you buy a whole roll of tape and you have to tape it yourself. Its the only shipping place that ever did this to me. Last time I go here or anywhere else besides for my local fedex store. Worst experience ever is this ups corporate policy? I dont know and im never going to find out because im done with ups.

I had a 24 hour turnaround on a presentation that needed to be printed and bound.... from Minnesota! The store responded right away and took care of it beautifully, all from another state. My coworker picked it up on site, and was very pleased. Thanks for working so hard for us, we couldnt have presented without you!

Would have been nice, if they would have not told the person who worked for ups for 3 years that they did not have ground return service and made me pay extra $15.00. There are few people out there who know few things about ups please keep that in mind.
