I placed an order online to have flowers delivered to the chapel for the funeral service of a friends mother. (I live in New York and was unable to attend the service.) I never received an email or any other confirmation from Flower Fantasy that the order was received and delivered. When I called Flower Fantasy to inquire about the order status I was told to check my credit card statement -- if there was a delivery I would be charged for it. The person I spoke with on the phone refused to provide me with any other information, which I considered very unprofessional behavior.

I live in Toronto ... I called Flower Fantasy to deliver flowers to my aunt and grandmother yesterday. The lady on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. My family received the beautiful flowers and they were so happy. Thank you flower fantasy !!!
