Main problem is that most of the employees are not very friendly. They can be very rude and crabby. Many of the cashiers dont even help with bagging, they act as if they expect you to do it and I do help a lot because by then I just want to get out of there. By far the worst employees are the ones that work the Deli counter. They are very rude and seem as if they dont want to serve you. Some of the young men have poor grooming habits. Long hair and beards should be netted or at least trimmed better. One of the ladies picked up a piece of cheese off the floor she had stepped on and then just started handling the cold cuts again without even changing her gloves, thats gross. The produce here is also not that great. Vegetables are just okay but the fruit always seems bruised or even starting to rot. I no longer get excited when I see strawberries or cherries are on sale because I know they will be about ready for the garbage. Other things are generally fine and the sale prices good, but this just is not an all around store. The Butera thats a little further east over in Harwood Heights is much better.

the employee, Antoinia, with the wig, is absolutely the worst employee. I was waiting in the express lane and she was behind the counter at the register, she moved the sign that said lane closed over in front of her and proceeded to talk with some random guy. then after looking at me (mind you I had 2 avocados and nothing on the conveyer belt and was next in line) she completely looked at me and then asked the guy behind me if she could help me.. she was so rude and did the same thing after she checked out the next customer.. another customer came up to me and said, you are next go ahead, and she still asked for the other customer...

I was trying to buy bear, and had t shirt like the guy who just exit and had same t-shirt like me, she asked me to call that guy and show his id, i said i dint know him, thats a reason why the cashier didnt sell the bear, after i call manager, young girl 19 years maybe, just not sure that she is a manager no badge on , she also didnt respond on my question, i just left so other people could buy their stuff, also very slow cashiers,

Good prices customer service people could approve attitude buy a lot I am handicapped that dont allow the scooters outside to take the groceries to your car and they ask you for your driver license is a deposit so you dont steal the scooter the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard I go to many stores never heard of this they dont and, commentate handicapped people turbo company policy cause we spend money there too

The lines were long nobody opened another line and the EMPLOYEE who takes car of shopping Carts had to call somebody to the service counter where customers were waiting the young Girl started to argue with the customer simply because he questioned where she was at ! Wheres customer service ?

The produce has gotten better which is good because they have inexpensive produce.. downfall is they dont have enough registers open and not enough baggers ... be prepared to bag your own groceries and waiting in line for a long time to for check out

Feces all over the wall in the bathrooms. The bagger started giving are purchased Goods to another customer. The bagger and cashier did not stop talking about what they were doing outside of work to work.

Good prices on meat. Very Solid sale prices. Normal prices can be a touch high. Service lacks. Cashier was on his phone while scanning my items. Cheap and good food beats questionable service in my eyes.

Great personal employees.. Deli is mostly good. Sometimes, the deli packaging and cutting is less than than good. Honestly thats been a while ago. Still shop there.
