I was at Starbucks in Normal, IL - Main & Raab. 1715 E. Bradford on Saturday 09/04/2016 @ 8:30 A.M. I had never been to this Starbucks before and will never go back. I started to go through their drive-thru, however, the long line of cars convinced me to park and go inside because I had a volleyball game to get to. Unfortunately the line inside was not much better. I finally ordered a smoothie and then the real waiting begun…I waited and waited until finally my name was called, but not to pick up my long awaited drink, instead I was told by the barista (who also doubles as a manger named Mike) that he had run out of the ingredients to make smoothies!!! What!!!!??? This is a Starbucks right??? He went on to tell me he could make me another drink….except I wanted a smoothie, the one I had been standing in line for, for the last 30 minutes!! Why wasn’t there a sign posted? No smoothies today…we have run out of ingredients to make them with, why didn’t the cashier tell me before I paid her for the smoothie and then let me wait for it for 30 minutes? I ended up getting my money back and as I left I watched Mike the manger go back to making drinks without even washing his hands after he gave me my cash back and making drinks out of the two jugs of milk sitting on the counter, not in an ice bath, just sitting on the counter…Hello McLean County health department!!After leaving the much unorganized Starbucks I drove right over to Smoothie King on Rabb Rd and got a great smoothie by a very nice employee without having to wait and Smoothie King actually had the ingredients to make smoothies with. Moral of this story: Go straight to Smoothie King and leave Starbucks, far,far behind you!!

We went to this location this morning about 10:00 a.m. There was no one else in line at the counter. There were about 7 employees milling around and we waited at the counter but no one even acknowledged us. I finally stopped someone and asked if they had any gluten free items. The girl rattled off the name of something and walked off. We couldnt find the item anywhere. So were are still standing at the counter and the seven employees arent doing anything. I finally asked why no one was waiting on us. One of them says to the others, "who is on the counter?" No one answers her and she never even looked at at us and no one bothers to come wait on us. They can see that we are getting upset, still no one acknowledged or spoke to us much less apologized. Needless to stay we left. We will NEVER again set foot in a Starbucks. We have never before been treated so rudely anywhere.

Slowest drive thru ever! Ive been in the drive thru for over 20 minutes already and the line only moves every 5 minutes or so. I ordered my drink 10 minutes ago and still have not gone around the curve yet. I havent even gotten my coffee yet and Im already disappointed. Ive been to other Starbucks with the line twice as long and get through it twice as fast. I thought the first time when I sat in this drive thru for over 40 minutes was a fluke....nope. I will never return to this particular Starbucks again!

The Drive thru took about a good 15 minutes. When I got my coffee it was cold and had coffee spilled all over the sides. I asked for a large and it wasnt filled up all the way. The drink I ordered tasted nothing like what it shouldve tasted like. Not worth the money to get "cold" coffee, when I ordered hot! Would not recommend going through the drive thru. Very disappointed.

I have been here several times in the past month because my girlfriend likes this one for some reason. Every time, the wait is incessant, even for basic orders. Two out of three occasions they messed up drinks and didnt give us our receipt. They are also usually out of most food items. My guess is that its a poorly managed store. Avoid this store at all costs.

After 10 minutes in line and waiting 15 for our drinks, my wife got attitude when she asked for a time estimate from the barista. Manager decided to take a break in the middle of this rush. Worst Starbucks ever. Total wait of 30 minutes for 2 drinks, which were still decent but hard to swallow.

Standard Starbucks. Drinks are very good however this particular Starbucks is dirty counters are dirty employers have spells on them. Been in this Starbucks numerous times must be a managerial issue no one cleans anything.

The slowest Starbucks! You need to leave a half an hour for them to make your drink even if there is no one there! Its consistantly the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! So leave lots of time!

Coffee and goods excellent but store is always messy. A customer should never ask for a towel to clean table and bathroom should be on a more regular basis to be cleanws. There was a strong odor.

This place has no ice.. STARBUCKS WITH NO ICE . Half the menu needs ice. They are turning people away, instead of going to get ice. Sucks I still have 2.5 hour drive..wth ..
