Love Krispy Kreme donuts but the service is not so good. I asked for 4 of each of 3 after she gave me the ones I asked for and she told me I had one more, guess she did not know that 4 x 3 was 12 but that was okay thank you for the extra doughnut. the doughnuts I asked for were mixed specialty doughnuts, so she told me there was .20ea up charge, I asked why it was not the price of a specialty dozen, she told me because she did not have a mixed button on her computer about that time I realized that if you added it up its the same price and anyway so I told her it was okay that it was the same. My complaint is that after I payed I told her thank you she looked at me and turned and walked away, guess she was mad at me.

Well when you put a colored person of authority and then they hire mostly their family your quality drops tremendously in a lot of their friends get free donuts out the back door I had black chips on top of all my hot donuts I dont know what this was but I had to throw them in the garbage Im assuming the Glaser was not cleaned properly and it was very slow service at this location I used to come here all the time but Ill never go back

I worked as a donut cutter for 21 years and I have got to say this was the worst donuts and service I have ever had. Will neve go back and the price that I prided was out of this word $13.68 for a dozen glazed donuts and 2 chocolate milks. I was looking for the gold in them donuts dranke the milk we ate 2 donuts and though the other 10 to the seagulls in the parked lot thats how nasty they were.

The young lady who assisted us at the register was kind and personable. After waiting on my donuts, my friend was overlooked as the next person in line, sonce one of the other employees friend showed up and was served ahead of mine. Not good customer service. The doughnut where fresh and hot. So a decent experience.

My boss, Co worker & I visited the one in Gulfport, near Motel 6, the service wasnt great for us, the person servicing me, she acted like I made her come to work!!! This is not the service we deserve when were spending our money in order for them to be employed!!! I wont give my business there again!

We drove an hour to this Krispy Kreme while the light was on to watch them make the donuts, usually some Krispy Kremes give 1 donut to each customer when its on but this store did not. Very disappointing, we were going to buy 1 dozen donuts as well. It also lost them 2 customers for life.

Our family loves Krispy Kreme Donuts. They need a better staff at this particular location. Lots of people standing around, while customers were being told they were out of the most popular items. Tables and restrooms needed attention.

Wish there was a better location. Being next to the motel seems to attract alot of ladies of the night. The staff screwed up our order so they upgraded our drink size. Donuts were still really good.

I usually like Krispy Kreme doughnuts. This is the first time I stopped here. The doughnuts were old, almost stale. Service was also sub par. I will stick with the ocean springs store

My child ended up with lemon and raspberry filled in the same doughnut, they were all ruined and nasty. She had repeated her order 7 times!!! 7!!! And it was still messed up.
