Decent Car. Poor service. I got a decent car from them. I should of worked with Jimmy instead of Pete. I was told to work with Jimmy but at the time he was expecting his child to be born. I would not recommend Pete unless you are looking for someone to just push you around. 1. Wanted to sell my car in for what I could and he suggested me pay the car off with a credit card and then sell it. WHAT?! 2. I was promised that I would get a spare tire from the old man and from Pete and never received it. 3. I went to NuMark Credit Union and they made a deal with me but when it came down to NuMark putting the paperwork together he said he would give me $1,000 instead he told NuMark he was only going to give me $700. 4. My father had to come sign papers and he set up a time with Pete. My father ended up standing around for 45 minutes till Pete came back from a dentist appointment. My father took time off to sit and wait till Pete came back. 5. Pete lost the paperwork my father signed (that was listed as #4) and even though my father was out of town (and I repeatedly told him this) he told me to just sign for my father. 6. While I was on vacation (my phone was busted) and my father was out of town he showed up at my house. Then when he came to my house multiple times he looked in the front door windows (we have security cameras that can prove it) my mother was home alone and she was afraid because he was looking in the windows. Only reason I gave them a 5 star before was because Pete stood over my shoulder and made sure to post a 5 star review. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Just bought a 2000 mustang for my 18 year-old-son and the experience was wonderful. Ive bought quite a few used cars before in my lifetime and the B.S. pressure sales from a local Joliet dealership just the day before had me a bit miffed. Im afraid I was becoming a believer of the typical stereotype of the shady car salesman...that is until we came across Chicagoland Internet Auto and Pete. What a breath of fresh air! He was genuine, up front and friendly. TRUSTING. Not only did we trust him, but he trusted us. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle in the $10,000 or less range to buy from these guys. Pete - Thanks for renewing my faith in used car salesmen!

I just bought my sons first car from Chicagoland Internet Auto. We ran into some unforeseen problems the first week we had the car. I called Pete, let him know what was going on, we brought it in only to find out the cost of repairing it was too high. Pete found my son a new car and let us exchange the vehicle. Everyone at Chicagoland is very, very kind!! They do care about you and put forth every effort to make sure all their vehicles are safe to drive. I am very thankful for all they did to help my sons first car experience be a good one! I highly recommend going to Chicagoland Internet Auo if you are looking for a good used car!

Lowest people I have ever met! Sells cars WITHOUT even checking them. In JUST the past year alone 3 of my family/friends got RIPPED OFF here, including myself, sad to admit. People who give good reviews have GOT 2 be family,& friends of the dealership. MAYBE someone did actually have a good experience, but 8/10 people will get scammed! Please take my word. Id hate for someone else to go thru what I went thru! And Id hate to see those "people" make any more $ and get away with screwing people over. Its just plain SAD.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had. I went in a few months ago to buy my 17 yr. old son a car, and I met Jimmy who is the owners (Pete) son. Jimmy was straight forward with me and did not try and sale me a car, which I really enjoyed. I bought a 2005 dodge neon, which I have been very happy with since my purchase. Pete Goutos and his son Jimmy have gone above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with my car purchase. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good used car!

I know these guys work extremely hard to find great vehicles for under $8,000. They really do care about your car theyre not out there to just rip you off like 99 percent of used car dealerships I got a call back asking how the car was. very friendly and willing to negotiate. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or anybody interested and getting a car its definitely worth looking into

I was repeatedly assured nothing was wrong with the car i purchased. The 3000 plus dollars in repairs Ive done since purchasing say otherwise. Friendly people? Yeah sure. Trustworthy? Not the slightest bit. Also, all of the 5 star reviews stem from the fact that they have you do the review in front of them in office.
