Been shopping at this store for years. Regrettably today was a very bad visit as one of the workers copped a rude and nasty attitude with me. I asked for the price on an a blanket that was clearly used as I could smell laundry detergent on it and the tags were very wrinkled as they do get when you wash them. When the worker gave me the price I said I thought it was pretty high for a used item. She pretty much yelled at me and said this is a brand new item from Target I questioned the fact that it was actually a brand new item and the worker got very nasty with me. I asked for a manager later and before I could even say anything she came up and had a very nasty look on her face. I explained the situation and she said Im sorry that you felt like she was not nice to you. Thats extremely demeaning to my situation .I never had a problem with anyone there until today. This is the location in Woodridge Illinois the worst ever, no wonder they have a one-star rating with the Better Business Bureau

I can only give them 2 stars because the items are not checked very well at all for major flaws, which I would think should have them not displayed nor for sale. As someone else mentioned there is an odor especially in the clothing area. They were better before, do not know what happened. And seriously they need to remember it is Goodwill not Bergdorf Goodman, re the prices, most everything is target brands or low end brand, and they are pricing it like some upscale vintage specialty shop, get over your self Goodwill, really remember who you serve and why we shop. Have some respect, some days worse that a really bad garage sale. Sorry it has come to this. Also watch your car in the parking lot, got keyed, yeah that was a nice touch.

When I was at this store, there was an overpowering odor of air freshener. I think they have a device that squirts air freshener into the air, as they do in some rest rooms. It is way too strong. The store is large, clean and well organized. Garments were sorted by size on the racks, which is a big advantage over most other thrift stores. Prices were average. Selection seemed surprisingly poor given the size of the store. Perhaps the racks are well picked over. Even without the stench of this store, I still prefer the chaos of a more typical thrift store such as Chicagos Unique or Village Discount over Goodwill. For a near by alternative, try Salvation Armys store in Downers Grove at Lemont and 75th.

SO far the worse store in the Midwest . Bad management , very rude and mean people .They make there own rules compare to other stores , claiming that they are the busiest store which is not true. When you try to get items from show case you have to pay for the item immediately without giving you sticker like other stores. I spoke with the managers and they are not so friendly , and I dont really understand if they realized that they need are money ? If this people dont like there jobs they have to try something else ...............................Goodwill as well changing there strategy and there prices going up , which we dont understand why ?

The store arrangement is not very good to keep the walking flow and the racks are too close together. The pricing is just not right for donated items I understand the mission but Goodwill is straight up retail now. Additionally this location has Vultures that stalk the doors and run up and grab anything that comes out. Even had a patron push my daughters stroller out of the way to get to a chair.

They hired a pervert named Rich that is supposed to let people into the fitting rooms. He is mental. He is walking around in an overcoat talking to himself and acting like he is a detective from some cartoon. Worse of all he is trying to look into the fitting rooms when you crack open the door. He will stand there and stare until you yell at him. Dont they screen employees here anymore???

Its OK but not as good as the other goodwill stores. Stuff all over the floor and they need to go through the stuff on the shelves and pitch the broken stuff . And if you need help with something dont even bother because they wont. Your better off driving the extra couple miles into Plainfield they have a better store with better quality stuff and a nice staff .

If you really want something, prepare to fight for it. "Spotters" in the store all day long, hanging out, harassing the employees (most employees have disabilities )...a twisted thing to do !!! That should NOT be allowed ...ban these fools !! Watch out for the guy with the cane !! He likes to trip people

Great customer service, quality of selection, and fair prices. I came with my service animal and they were very welcoming. They have plenty of parking and numerous handicap parking slots. Theres a shelter donation center and people who come to your car and help receive the merchandise.

One of the busiest Goodwill locations I shop at. I think this location handles more traffic than OHare airport. Is it messy? Yes. Is it picked over? Yes. But, I have found some really good stuff here. Despite the heavy traffic, I still like this location.

Its not bad, still worth visiting. Of all the Goodwills Ive visited, this one ranks up there with the least organized or appealing. To be fair though, thats largely in part to the large number of people who visit and tear through everything.

Nice stote to help the community and retrain others to go bacj to work. Good prices on donated items, clothes housewares books small appliances and misc electronics. It hrlps others and you can find new stuff there occasionally.

I was very impressed with this Goodwill. It is a huge place and very clean and organized. The employees are friendly and capable. If there is something you cant find anywhere else this would be a place to take a look.

Bought a bar cart for half of its actually price from Target...but half of it was missing when I opened the box. I did receive store credit but I wish the items missing were listed. Or else I would not have bought it.

Good customer service. Some areas of store could be better organized. When I was there the 2T and under clothing was all just thrown in one huge bin, not ideal as I think a lot of people come for kids clothes.

One of the worst Goodwills in the Chicagoland area. Nothing is organized. The clothes are rarely in the correct place so looking for things in your size is an exercise in futility. Dont waste your time here.

Its is a really nice place for people who cant afford clothes n many other things. This place has a lot of different things. They sell jawbone if someone donates it. I have bought an up and up3.

Its a good place, i used to find things for my sensory board. It has great things but its not organized. Not a lot of options for physical things for around the house. But lots of clothings

Could be cleaner and better organized, a lot of the smaller things are thrown on the top of the clothing racks, if you arent tall enough you wouldnt be able to see anything.
