This Salvation Army gets a mixed review. The Pros: Lots of clothes Books are cheap ($0.20) The Cons: Prices are a bit steep and prices on larger items changes depending on who you ask (lots are not labeled) Not many books Most of the staff seems to only know Spanish (which I guess is only a con if you do not know Spanish) My husband and I LOVE thrift store shopping...I think it has something to do with the treasure hunt aspect of it all. We walked in this store hoping to find another great thrift store. We immediately noticed that all the nicer furniture does not have prices on it. We have to ask one of the clerks the price of a small chest and she barely seems to know enough english to respond back "$65.00". We decide to try our luck with one of the other clerks. The second spoke more english than the first, but the price jumped up to $100.00. I guess that is the benefit of having a sales clerk who speaks english...the $35 dollar benefit. We were put off by the price gauging and didnt look much more...but we noticed things were a bit overpriced for a thrift shop. I still gave it three stars because we did find a book we wanted and it was only $0.22 including tax.

The people who price stuff there are delusional. Most of the items there are overpriced, missing components (especially electronics & game systems), or just broken crap nobody wants. Everything is sold as-is so buyer beware. Ill take my business down the street to Goodwill and at least have a 10 day return policy for store credit. Next time when Donations call Im going to give them a piece of my mind or write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the post cards they send me. I will not support their mission when they rip people off.

I have been shopping here regularly for a long time. The prices have been been steadily increasing, and whoever does the pricing needs a reality check. There is no rhyme or reason...$8 for a shirt from Old Navy? Very inconsistent. It is still disorganized, so there is really no benefit of shopping here instead of Goodwill (who is VERY organized and easy to shop). SAs gettin greedy.

I like the customer service but the prices keep rising. You can get this stuff brand new on clearance for cheaper at the stores. Not sure who is doing the prices but geeze its a bit high! Big store great stuff sometimes but way over priced :(

This is a huge store, one of the biggest I have seen. Great selection of clothes, very light on electronics. It was very clean and tidy when I was there, but it was early in the morning before shoppers had a chance to trash the place.

You can find gems here is you take time to look. Alot of the stuff is worn and doesnt look new but sometimes when you get first pick on new arrivals you will be shocked at what you see.

I got some pretty good video game stuff but the service is really bad and just not a good place. Its hot its dirty and I think I saw a licked lollipop and a pizza crust somewhere.

Not organized, not clean BUT have a lot of good stuff, so much new stuff and with tags from target! Prices are lower than in goodwill. Got almost new bicycle for toddler only $9!

Friendly employees, lots of stuff, and reasonable prices. Lots of toys, dishes, clothing is well arranged, and furniture. They take donations.

Nice place to get some good deals on used donated stuff. Also nice place to donate your usable things instead of sending it to landfill

Overwhelmingly loud music, questionable organization, but a larger furniture selection than many places

Salvation army is one of the honest charities. Goodwill is not a charity.
