Goodwill is more of a business place rather than charity, please donate your stuff to a church or a Mosque that actually will give it to someone in need for FREE and not to such business. I have given a lot to this place, but recently twice were they changed the price at the cashier claiming its the wrong price. The 2nd time was about 2 small kids chairs with only one sticker on the chair, which they made a huge deal for it 4 employees including 2 manager had to be asked if they priced that item. iv donated will over 2000 in the place, but my was whats right and you cant rip people off, you claim this is a charity place and it doesnt look like it, i cant believe they made this huge deal for something that was toasted in the garbage days after. Over all if you want to buy from this place go head, but if you really want to help someone in need give it to church or post it for Free on bookoo or cragislist, there are a lot of people who are in need, Badwill is not in need their business out there to make 100% profit

Great clothes at great prices. Boys Levis, Denizen, Tony Hawk, etc jeans & shorts $2.99 each! They look new! You can get 5 for LESS that the price of 1, throw em in your kids closet and theyll never know! I always recommend washing ANYTHING you get used, whether from a thrift store or online garage sales, with bed bugs on the rise, its just smart. Borax (easily found at Wal-Mart) has an agent that kills those & other nasty things I wouldnt want & dry on high till hot & dry. ... PLUS, it gets your clothes cleaner & brighter than detergent alone, so its great to have on hand for washing used or dirtier than usual stuff as well as throwing it in the occasional load to brighten up clothes that get dingy over time... Cloth items that are oversized or not washable, (pillows, stuffed animals, etc) throw in dryer on high for 30 mins to kill any unwanted guests that might have tried to tag along! Better to be safe than sorry!

Staff is very friendly. I called there to ask if someone could check if they had N64 games available, not knowing if anyone would be able to help. Alissa (not sure of spelling) answered and was wonderful. She searched the store and found the information I was looking for. As a Director of Customer Experience, I can tell you she was top notch..

If you got stuff and dont want it they will take it with a smile and if you dont have enough stuff they got it !!! Need a couch done how about a toaster they have a hole shelve of them how about a coat well they got racks of them ! Bring your kids hell bring your uncle you know the weird one that only eats the heels of bread that you wont eat !

I made the mistake of donating the wrong bag of things to them. When I called them they said they would locate the bag and call me. They never did and when I called them. They said the bag was gone it isnt in the store, which makes no sense to me. How can I have just donated something and it now not be there.

I always come out of Goodwill with good buys - whether its clothing, household goods, books or purses. While some items are overpriced, theyre ALWAYS cheaper then retail stores prices! My whole wardrobe mainly consists of Goodwill purchases!
