2 stars for the beautiful setup, definitely an above average beauty supply! Customer service is non existent! I walked in and no one even acknowledged me and said hello! As someone who worked 8 years in retail, its important to at least say hello to the customer and show them that they are welcome in the store and to ask for help if needed. Hi and a smile can go along way!

No one greeted me upon entry. I purchase the same wig because they were having a buy one get one half off sale. I got the wig home and experienced with it but did not really like it so I wanted to take the unused wig back (never opened) to discover that it could not be done. I will never patronize them again.
