First of all, the Asians are extremely rude, especially while watching you attempt to price items to purchase. Theyll watch you, but will not assist in price checks. Anyway, one Saturday I purchased about $20 worth of items and used my debit card. Unfortunately I was charged twice. I noticed the double charges on Sunday morning and immediately went to the store to explain. I had to speak to several different Asians who all kept retreating to the back of the store to come to the conclusion: I was wrong! So... I called Chase and had the charge reversed- what I should have done in the first place. Last visit! No more Asian owned beauty supply stores for me.

I want to this store about 2 days got about$100 worth of items from the store I lost my receipt I needed to do an exchange and they would not allow me to and I think that is very sad because they have the barcode on the package so if you go dont hear make sure you have your receipt just terrible money just gone ask to speak to the boss hes not coming anytime soon now so she says

This beauty supply store is simply awesome ! The store has any and every Beauty item a woman Needs & Wants ! I completely lose it went I go in the store the more money I have the more money Im going to spend ! Youre guaranteed to find whatever it is youre looking for shopping here. My granny and I stopped by this place last night only because they close late. After making a quick purchase, i realize after looking at my receipt and bank statment, i was OVERcharged. It was only $2.00 but so....note to owner.....do good business or dont do business at all.. Proceed with caution with this place!

It was my first time there and its nice place lots of stuff they sell i went with my mom and a Mexican guy help us since my mom didnt talk English my mom wanted to buy a wig for a niece he was a nice person. I would go back

I stay in a west suburb up 87th street, I take a trip here for all my hair care needs. They pretty much have a large variety at competitive prices. Ooh but I bring my own bag, I dont have time to play with Chicago.

This is a nice store but I was little put back that they are not able to quote prices for there hair over the phone. I wonder, do they change the prices on a daily basis?
