Terrible customer service. Manager who has considerable experience with small businesses was an absolute dolt. After sending the owner of our company in to try and upgrade a phone, she couldnt because she wasnt on as an authorized user. So she called me and I spoke to him, he said theres nothing I can do from here. My name was listed on the account 2x, I mean what sense does that make? How would I be listed twice and her not once? Let me ask you a question AT&T, do you think its reasonable to have my name 2x or that it would be the boss name and mine as well???? I just dont understand how a person who goes into the store cant get help. THEY CANT GET HELP FROM A HUMAN? How does that work? Thats not called customer service thats called telling the customer to go F themselves...Not a great way to handle a 15 year old account. Go to a different store. This place is a joke.

Very pleased with my visit here. Looked into changing my plan due overpaying from using my data too much and seeing if I can get a discount on my bill from where I work. After not seeing too much hope in getting a discount I received a text later in the day from Jason telling me they were able to find a discount off my bill! Very pleased they take the extra mile here for customers!

Dont know why there are any bad reviews of this place. Just went in to get a replacement phone and was promptly greeted. Al was knowledgeable about the device I wanted and was nice to chat with while activating the phone. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. 5/5 will shop there again.

I went to this store today and their manager Maritza and Lorrenz did a very good job. They are wonderful people and helped solve the issues I was having. Excellent service. I would not recommend going to the retail authorized dealer (specifically the Lincolnshire location)

Great help and patience. I didnt know it, but I arrived just before closing. When we were done the store was empty. I asked if they just closed. They closed over 1/2 an hour earlier.
