My experience at this auto zone was great. Maurice and Tim took there time with me to find the correct alternator for my jeep. I purchase the wrong alternator for my jeep on 175 Kedzie last night.I made a phone call to this auto zone before the closing time. That same night Maurice and his co-worker took care of my order at 9:55pm without attitude. The next day at 8:08am my order came in and it was the wrong alternator again....but Tim helped me find the correct alternator for my jeep. Tim is the best he is very professional and he is very attention to detail. Maurice was a huge blessing to me and my family. Maurice took his time with me and he installed my new battery. He gave me lots of advice personally for myself, family and my my jeep.I love this auto-zone everyone is so professional and they all really care about the customers.Thank you guys so much I really appreciate great customer service!!!

A friend was locked out of her car and needed to get a battery for her key fob. This store closed at ten, and it was 9:55 when we called to ask if they had the battery in stock. They had it and although the store closed at 10, Tara (I believe that was her name) waited till 10:15 in order to sell us the battery. It was clear she was ready to go, but she stayed anyway. We just want her to know that we appreciate that so very much and thanks again!

Worst autozone ever I go to autozone at 8:45 because of the parts that I bought from them ask them to do a battery test and the guy Barry tells me were close and then they stay open to help people who came in after me and the young lady stayed on the phone talking about nonsense to avoid helping me. Ill never go to Autozone again you just lost a 15 year customer lets see if a o Riley can treat me better.

Waited for commercial and they knew I was waiting. Did not get serviced by Lupita and I waited at least 15 min. and all she was concerned was doing returns shops had given back parts. Very disappointed at this AZ. Also while I waited asked to use restroom and they said its not public. I have been to at least 15 AZ throughout IL and WI and never had an issue. This is in Harvey, IL on 159th street.

Never wanting to help you at all, especially with returns and exhanging items even if you got the warranty and paid extra for that coverage...you need some more workers plain and simple
