I usually do not have issues with this store, so I went to get a brake light for my car and asked if they could help me figure out how to get to the light as this was my first time in this specific car. They said no problem and pulled the light for me. It was checking out that I experienced my issue. They tried to sell me on bulb grease which I politely declined. It was the manager who checked me out and her only response was "Well if we install the bulb, we actually do it right." Her tone of voice and the fact she said that specific phrase was extremely unprofessional. It may seem like something small to some, but if that is how the managing staff talks to customers then I have plenty of other options for auto parts in town.

Waited a week for a taillight. They couldnt find it. Waited in the line for about25 min When i asked for a part u was told that I have an attitude. I was told by the manager to make a complaint who pointed at the window then he said hell give me my money back and i can leave. It was a horrible experience and it happened second time with the same manager. Ive been shopping there a few times and every other time except those two Ive gotten a good service Very unprofessional
