I dont go to the health food store that much. Every time I go everyone is very friendly and helpful. This last time I went I was helped like normal and I paid with my credit card which showed my name. The person checking me out gasped at my name, and told me that they over charged me last time I was in there. They kept my recite for over 6 months waiting for me to come in again! They gave me a refund for the amount the over charged me over 6 months ago! It is such a blessing to be able to do business with such honest hearted people! It is way worth supporting the small businesses. Just remember "our business, mean their life style". I would much rather support someone who is that honest of a business person. Thank you Crystal Lake Health Food Store!

Dave and his team (staff) are the most wonderful folks around the Crystal Lake area. They were so helpful to my family and I. We have been customers for over 1.5 years now and they have always been there for us. We have had many questions both before and after the sale and they have been there for us. Crystal Lake Health Food store is my favorite. I love the personal attention and the staff is very knowledgeable ... great listeners and always find what I need. I was getting chronic sinus infections (3-4 times per year) and my primary care doctor always prescribed antibiotics. I happened to mention this to Diana, who suggested I might try cutting back on milk, which I did ... and havent had a sinus infection since (about 4 years now). I love the store. Everyone there is upbeat, helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.

I just moved to this area, and since Im on a strict diet, I have been looking for a good health food store. Aside from the small selection, the woman working there was very unfriendly. No one came up to greet me, and my "hello" was brushed off. Not to mention what a huge chore it was for her to ring me up. I like to try and support local businesses, rather than purchasing the things I need online, but when customer service is that bad, why should I care???

I was searching for breastfeeding herbal supplements and found this place on google.I called and had a very friendly conversation with the lady who answered.When i got there i was intrigued by the whole shop inside and out.The lady who helped me was quick to do so. I will be visiting them again real soon!!
