Great store and all the staff has been super helpful whenever Im looking for something specific. They will look things up for you and order them in but you are not obligated to buy if its not quite what you were looking for when it comes in. I was talked into becoming a member by PJ in a very non pushy way, he just showed me how much money I would have saved when I was shopping around the holidays. I did become a member and he was right, it was worth it. They also have a Starbucks inside and if you are a member of Barnes and Noble you save an additional percentage.

I also had a bizarre run in with the staff here. One woman wouldnt help me find a book but instead told me that it was in the childrens section. I asked her again to help me find it because i already looked (and called in advance) and couldnt find the book. She told me that the section was "over there". Could have shot cannon off in the store it was so dead so it wasnt like she was busy. I told the manager, kindly and politely about it and she was also very rude. I love b&n, but I keep my guard up here which makes me buy less.

This location is really great. The selection of books is excellent and the music section is pretty well stocked, plus if you are looking for a new vinyl record theyre willing to order it for you. The staff is helpful if you need them but not in your face. I find the layout of the store to be very user friendly. Sections are clearly marked and in alphabetical order. Even the starbucks in the store is great. Sometimes I choose to go here over a real starbucks. I highly recommend this store.

For a bookstore they are pretty crowded. This Barnes and Noble is big so I am always amazed that when I walk in they moved sections and added a new eye catching area. I found a lot of great books but not what I was looking for. Im in a mission.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by very nice lady that worked there. She made me feel comfortable answered all my questions and more importantly she help me get all the books that I wanted. She wasnt pushy and I appreciate that.
