Sprint should be ashamed for allowing lowlife stores such as this to be an affiliate. Brandon Dunlap is a crook who took advantage of my son who has Aspergers. My son went to the store to have a shattered screen repaired. Brandon talked my son into paying $50 for a repair and the receipt has a description of a service fee. The phone was not repaired. My son asked for his money back only to be told he could not get a refund. My son left and ended up paying $150 to another cellular store for the repair. He went back to this Sprint Store to ask for his money again. Brandon refused the refund. The receipt does not state a no refund policy. We called customer service who apologized and promised to call the store the next day and instruct management to give us the refund. When they did not call, my husband went to the store to speak with Brandon who was loud, ignorant, and unprofessional. He even threatened to call the police saying my husband attacked his character. When my husband invited him to do so, he did not respond. I called customer service and demanded to speak with a manager. A manager filed a complaint against this store and credited my account for $200. Apparently, this Brandon not only took my sons money but added a feature onto my account without my permission and never validated the account. Avoid this store like the plague. I will still place a complaint with the Illinois Attorney Generals Office.

I spent a lot of time in this store. I noticed outside they had a Hiring sign, I commented that I was in so much I should fill out an application. Most times when you have to wait for service you are upset, even angry but because of the Customer Friendly atmosphere I found myself willing to wait, which is unusual because I am not a patient person. I appreciate Krystal who is Outstanding and does a Great Job, Many people came in today and asked but her. Yesterday she was working Sick, which I do not recommend. Her Manger Matthew is also very Good at what he does. He provides the comradery that make people want to come in and buy from them. His Management style is one that says, I am here for you, and my people and I are a Team, we work together for you the Customer. You can tell there is Respect for his management style and the Public appears to love him. GREAT Job, all around.

Today I decide to use the store in Country Club hills. It was the best experience i have ever had. The staff was friendly and helpfully. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable helpful and patience. She knew what to do and did it. I am 75 years old and not technically good. She took the time to show me how to use the phone. In fact she program all tbe items she even paired my phone with my car. I can not say enough regarding her customer service. I think her name was Crystal and tomorrow I will take a dozen roses and a card to give her. On a scale of 1 to 12 she is a 13. A very dedicated individual for the store. I am glad i did not go to Orland for service. I will recommend this store toy friends.

terrible store filed an insurance claim on my phone because of a broken charge port. i looked it up online and all it said they had to do was take the battery out and hold down the power button for a minute and it does a soft restart. Well guess what it worked no more problems with the phone. This store i full of a bunch of lazy, ignorant people. i agree with the woman who said avoid this store like the plague, and anyone who claims they had good customer service obviously has never experienced good customer service. Also i wish i could give this store negative stars because i believe one star is too generous.

This is the best Sprint store that I have ever encountered. It was a great experience! The Manager Matthew ROCKS along with the sales rep that worked with me, Michelle. They tended to my needs quickly and efficiently which is very seldom from other stores. I live in the city of Chicago and am willing to travel to the suburbs just to get my needs tended to, thats how much the great on hands customer service was!They have great character, patience and kindness. Thank you all for the experience!

I went in to drop my I - phone off because it just went blank on me yesterday and the customer service rep Krystal did an awesome job with bringing my phone back to life! I appreciated how knowledgeable, courtesy and friendly she was I was amazed at how she was able to get my phone to come back on after I briefly xplained to her the situation that occured with my phone! Thank you Krystal for all of your help today I truly appreciate it!

This Sprint store is amazing; the staff is honest, respectful, professional and knowledgeable.Matthew,Bradley, Krystal and Ike are wonderful to deal with. My buying experience was great and I always get treated with respect and all my concerns are addressed. Thank you Sprint for opening a store near my work. I can go there during my lunch and get my phone looked at immediately.

As long as Ive been a Sprint customer this store is the best thing going for them. The store manager Matt, and Kristal along with their crew are truly knowledgably in their craft. There dont keep you waiting long, and when customer care at Sprint throws you to the wolves these guys always reel you back in. If you have Sprint problems this is truly the place to go.

Great store, great staff. I enjoyed dealing with the technician krystal when I had an issue with my phone. Ike was my sales rep and he really helped me out a lot in picking out the right phone, right case and right plan for me. Matthew the Manager made sure I was fully satisfied with the phone and the store.

I love going to this location. They always go beyond the call of duty. Home wood location and the Canal location could learn something from this team. Ryan, did an excellent job. He did what the other locations wouldnt do and that is, provide great customer service. Kudos to Ryan and team CCHills

Came in at 4pm its 7:01pm still in this store. Workers are very unprofessional, goofing around, very loud and using profanity. Will never come here again. Should have went next door to AT&T. Very displeased with this service.
