That one star is for the doctor on sight. Dr.P! As wonderful as she is; the rest of the customer service is as poor as it gets. I was moved from downtown location(where service was even horrible! believe it or not!). The downtown location had gotten my entire prescription wrong. I was basically blind for 4 weeks. When I would tell the doctor I couldnt see; she told me I dint know how to wear lenses which were expensive as hell. I was moved to the Southgate location; where Dr. P atleast got my prescription right. Now I have returned my old contact lenses because it wasnt my fault. The told me I could order a new set and they would just manage the entire transaction on the store front because my insurance was used already. They told me they would refund the old transaction and I just have to call in for a new order after the refund. Now they are acting up and telling me to pay full price on the lenses saying that I already used my insurance. The people who work at this location are rude and incompetent. I will never go back here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO NO USE THIER SERVICES.

I should have read the reviews before visiting this place. The store manager convinced me that he will order a full years supply of contact lenses that Dr P prescribed for me. When I went to collect them they gave me a 6 month supply because he had messed up the calculation of how many bi-weekly lenses i would need for a year. Instead of apologizing for his mistake, he rudely tells me -"You just paid for 6 months, I am not going to order another 6 months of supply for you". I told him I dont need you to order anything anymore for me because I am pretty sure now that you do not know what a 6 month supply means and I left the place.

This place sucks. Employees dont know what they are doing here. Second time in a row they screwed up my appointment even though get confirmed. When we arrived, and we were told our appointment was another day. Other than this, they screwed up the order as well. Save your time, avoid this location.

customer service is getting less professional. how do you fell as a repeat customer for 10+ years if they reply to you "dont lie to me" when you tell them "i have no time for a frame today because i am running out of time"?
