Horrible customer service. I got my eye exam done here and had OK service. A few months later I wanted to try a different brand of contacts based on reviews but the BC on the new brand was slightly different. I called TargetOptical to ask if the difference would be OK for my eyes and since I got my eye exam there, if they would let me try on a pair of the new brand, which most clinics do. They told me I would have to come in and ask the optometrist in person. When I got there, they said they couldn’t find me in the system. 15 minutes and a few back and forth conversations later they said my prescription is expired because my exam was over a year ago. It took me another 10 minutes to go through my email to get the receipt of my contacts order which shows the order date being well within a year. They finally found me in the system, but keep in mind I had to wait for the optometrist to be done with patients each time. After all this trouble they told me I’ll have to pay for another eye exam to get a sample pair because they only do trails for something like 90 days after the exam. They could have told me this over the phone and avoided wasting 2 hrs of my life. I won’t ever be going back there.

Horrible customer service. I went to re order contacts (which should take only a few moments) and was directed to sit at an awkwardly cluttered desk and wait. I did so for 5+ minutes while the associate followed another girl around while she casually tried on glasses. When I asked her politely how much longer she snipped at me that she was busy as was her associate. She also publicly lectured the doctor about his billing mistake. I will never return here due to her behavior. Absolutely poor customer service.

They were nice in the time to sell me the glasses, telling it would be one week or less to be ready. After one week I called to check on the status of my new prescription glasses and they informed me it would be one more week until they were ready for pick up. Having my glasses were really important to have ready in one week as I am planning to travel and need them.

Dr. Paik was extremely helpful and answered all my eye questions for an eye exam. It was interesting to know that the optometrist and the business to sell glasses are 2 different businesses in the same housing. So far both experiences have been superb but for anything wondering these are the nicest optometrists Ive ever dealt with. Thanks

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the glasses that were supposed to come in 7-10 days. Every time I call I hear "theyll be here soon" or "theyve been shipped, they should be here tomorrow." AVOID THIS PLACE.
