Some of the worst customer service I have ever had! I went inside asking for a copy of star wars battlefront 2, they asked me to wait a while so I did. I asked again and they said they were still looking. I asked a third time and they still couldnt find it. The problem? They Made me wait for 40 minutes. AND they decided to tell me they stopped looking for the game 20 minutes ago. I have been to many game stores before, but I have never experienced such dissatisfaction at a place like this. NEVER BUY GAMES FROM THIS LOCATION.

Store is alright, pretty clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Lots of great items and if you wish to return anything you have a long time to return it. Only complaint about The Exchange is that I purchased a $50 copy of a game that was unable to save and the disc became unreadable which I suspect was partially due to the game being stored in a DVD case. Edit: The store was the one that had the game disc in a DVD case and the ring on the disc was somewhat frayed due to the edges of the DVD case. Such a waste of $50 lol

Really love having this store in my neighborhood. Not only do they have an amazing selection of any type of entertainment you could possibly want (video games, dvds, blu-rays, consoles, vinyl, etc etc), but their staff is also very friendly and willing to help you find what you need. Throw in the fact that their presence means I dont have to deal with the idiots over at Gamestop, and Im sold. Ill be giving them my business for as long as theyre in Wicker.

I came here today, not knowing what to expect, because a friend asked me to go with her. Im so glad she did! My absolute favorite part was that they had a lot of retro games (N64, NES, SNES etc). I walked out of that store a very happy person. Bought two game cartridges for a close friend who loves retro games, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back, both for his and my own retro-gaming needs!

Tons of gems here, without the inflated prices that often come with the finds. Be sure to check items for scratches and such before leaving- I had no trouble besides a minor cosmetic scratch on the top of the disc of a game I bought which spends most of its time in my console anyhow. Staff are helpful and funny. Will definitely check here before I go to Gamestop, Target, or even Amazon.

The employees were pleasant, however, its imperative that you check your items before purchasing. My DVD turned out to be a former library copy, missing its accompanying booklet and quite scratched albeit playable. Will cease going to brick and mortar establishments in future. Found same item on ebay for less without the hoodwinking.

They sell used and new items from DVDs, CDs, and modern and retro video games plus accessories. You will get better trade value for video games here than a GameStop. Recently, they were kind enough to give me more store credit than normal for my trades towards buying a new game. Ive never seen that from any chain Ive visited before. A+

This place is awesome! I never go to places like game stop anymore-I only come here! They always have a unique selection of retro games, movies, and stuff like that. Prices-unbeatable, staff-friendly, helpful....if youre a gamer, movie buff or just like checking out unique retro items, I recommend coming to The Exchange for sure!

Omg thousands of games to browse from Atari to PS4 and Xbox One. Movies, games, record albums (vinyl records), CDs figures this place has everything an avid gamer music lover movie binger can dream of. Prices are affordable games in great condition new and used. Consols from a by gone generation available.

I love a couple blocks away and this has quickly become a new favorite bar. The cocktails are very well done, and the staff is easy on the eyes to say the least! I would highly recommend their French 75 (my fav), and the one where they burn rosemary so the scent floats up to you while you sip - so good!

Talk about a gold mine! This store is amazing! The customer service at this location was even better! Jeff and Bernie helped me out and I had a great time. They both had great customer service! You can truly find some throwbacks at this store for a reasonable price. I will be returning soon!

My favorite location for retro stuff in the city. Staff is great, knowledgeable, friendly. They also give the best prices on items for trade in, and recently have rehauled their pricing to be much more affordable. Some great guys, products, and service here!

A big selection of ridiculously cheap movies. A lot of them for a single dollar. If you need to get rid of old movies this is the perfect place to go. Just dont expect to make the big money. Also exchange got a great selection of comics.

Just passing by, I went in to see if they had a practically unknown movie (1986). Quietly, the nice girl behind the counter found it in a second. Pretty surprised, the price was just $8, too. What could I ask more? Thanks

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. While their stock of retro games might not be as extensive as People Play Games, I found the prices to be better in general. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.

Im a bit of a DVD junkie. I always prefer owning movies and tv series on DVD. The Exchange is a great place to get some used dvds, cds and games. I could spend hours just going through all of the goodies they have.

Very cheap and large selection of old and brand new games, movies, and music. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend bringing a geeky friend so they can spaz out on all the old school stuff.

An awesome retro game and movie shop. I come in every so often to check what new cool things they have in stock. They even carry new unique items that you wouldnt typically find at Best Buy as well! Great prices too.

Tiger woods 07. Bring it on. although there is no augusta on this one its still a damn good game. Cheap as hell best 2.50 I spent for 15 minutes of play.
