I get keys made there frequently and never had an issue until I guess there is a new girl working there who had to be watched over by another manager. I came up to the desk very friendly and happily said Hello and she looked at me like I was the devil trying to make a deal with her. I explained what I needed and she tried get me to come back another time-to get keys made! - I told her what I was going to do and she said okay with a shrug to her shoulder and I told her to have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me, in front of the other "manager"! The younger generation is so rotten and mind you Im only in my 30s. If you dont like your job then find another one or munch off of mom and dad for a while longer.

Staff was friendly enough until they ruined my afternoon. I just went in with two keys I needed duplicated. 1 - my building key. 2 - my unit key. The young guy behind the counter accidentally used my unit key as the mold, and turned my building key into my unit key. Then made 4 copies. So I was left with 6 keys to my apartment unit, and no key to my building. Needless to say, it was not fun trying to figure out how this happened and get back into my apartment. I broke in through my front window because my landlord told me it would take a few hours to get a key to me. My roommates are out of town. I will not be returning to this Ace Hardware, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

These guys know their stuff and if they cant find it on their shelves, they can order and get it within a few days. They provide customer service the big box stores forgot! We bought a push mower for our condo out of the catalog, got in within 3 days and they even delivered it for free!

The Lake View Ace is a little compact, but Ive never had a problem finding what I need with a little help from the staff. If you need a new set of keys, paint mixed or every day home repair items, theyll have what you need.
