Great service and very reasonable price!!!!!!!! I always have a good experience when I take my computer problems to Chicago Community Computer Service, no matter what is the situation or concern that I may have about my computer, it is well taken care of. I have been coming to them for more then 5-6 years. Several occasion I have taken my computer to their shop and everything went well and always had a great experience with receiving my computer back to me in mint condition. Just love it, when I get home with no more problems it make everything else minor. Excellent in helping me keep up with latest software and technical support for my computer. Very knowledgeable and always willing to set up a plan for you. Recommended: great service go to Chicago Community Service Awesome Work Great Service and Respectful Owner- Wont go anywhere else but here for servicing my computer.

I went to this store to have my computer repair and after 20 min. Standing at the counter while a older gentleman who I believe was the owner laughing and joking with a Chicago police officer ,this person who again I am sure is the owner didnt even take the time to let me explain what was wrong with my laptop .He just given me some crazy out of the world price $299.00 I ask whats included in the $299.00 price he look at me and continue to laugh and joke with the police officer I just polity turn around and left this store .This the experience I had at this store.you can go there but I would not .So go at your own rise.because they were rude and I refuse to support any store like this.Thank you

I was so distraught when my laptop crashed, so I took it to Chicago Community Computer repair shop and they immediately checked my computer on the spot for free. Unfortunately, I had major problems with my computer and decided to purchase a new one from the shop. They transferred all my important documents, music and pictures to my new laptop for free and I was able to pick it up the next day. I have since taken my daughter and husbands computer here for repairs and I am fully satisfied with the excellent customer service and quick response from this establishment. I recommend this shop to all for any computer problems you may be experiencing.

This place is great! I was having issues with my laptop and wasnt sure what was wrong with it. My cousin recommended me this store. I called them and they said they would check the PC for free so I thought I would give it a go. Can, the owner of this store, is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful when addressing concerns. Three days later, I picked up my “New Baby” from them. I purchased the antivirus software from them at a great price. They helped me install it for free. They deserve all the business that comes their way-- go there!

I walked into Chicago Community Computer Service to find out what was wrong with my computer. I decided to give them a try, because I believe in supporting small business. Once I walked in I was greeted promptly by Kan and he gave me a diagnosis for the problem my computer was having. He was able to work on it right away. I recieved my computer two days later in better working order. I would recommend Chicago Community Computer Service for reliable and prompt service. Oh, yeah the place is clean and state of the art.

Awesome service! My computer died on me and I was concerned with getting my data off. I contacted Geek Squad and of course they quoted me an expensive price and said that my computer would have to be sent off and that could take weeks. I decided to look online to try and find a local computer shop to recover my data. I found this shop and I am happy that I did! Can was able to recover my data in 4 hours! I am extremely satisfied with the work done here and I will be coming here for any other computer issues I have.

Kamal/DJ K. Smooth is the name and I want to say Chicago Community Computer Service is the best Ive seen thus far! The service/technicians is tremendous! I had trouble with my MacBook not starting up, so I dropped it off on a Monday and got my MacBook back the next day(less than 24 hrs). Now thats what I call speedy service! With all being said, Chicago Community Computer Service is a GREAT place to have your computer repaired and I will recommend any and all!

My broken netbook brought me into Chicago Community Computer Service maybe a month ago. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He informed me that I would be better off buying a new computer because the repair would cost more than what my netbook was worth. Unfortunately I did not listen. I used my netbook until it went completely out with ALL of my data on it! The same gentleman that helped me before was able to save my data at a great price. Thanks!

Can is awesome!! My computer completely died on me in the middle of doing some work. I brought it to Chicago Community Computer Service and they were able to pull all the data off it that I needed. Over 30 Gigs of info, half of which were emails. He then set my new laptop up so it was just like my old one, but quicker!! Prices were very fair and service is second to none. Make sure to go by here if you are having computer issues.

this store is very bad when it comes down to customer service..does not understand customers need.. i took my computer for a simple reboot..but he wasnt statisfied with the work he had to do..so owner ended up like a " auto shop" theory.. o this is bad get this done..cheap quality work...items does not go as is labled.. i wouldnt recommend any one to go here.. takes advantage of innocent customers..TYPICAL ASIAN PERSON...

I have found a business that really is customer oriented. Mr. Young is very knowledgeable. I appreciate the no hidden fees and the free diagnoses. He has always been willing to do what is necessary to solve not only mine and my families computer problems but also the friends that I have sent to him. The lcd on my macbook needed to be replaced and I needed it back within a specific time period due to business concerns. The very next day after the part arrived my macbook was ready for pickup. If anyone has had to have an lcd replaced then you know how tedious and expensive the process can be. The work was top notch, the service was timely, and the price was fair. Highly recommended.

I found this place through Craigslist, I was having a problem with my HP laptop that wouldnt turn on! I took my laptop here, and Mr. Can looked at it took it apart to reset it and then it came back on! He made my day, and didnt charge me! I was so HAPPY, I would HIGHLY recommend this place, I had a GREAT experience!!
