1000 liquors and 2000 staff members unwilling to work. I wish I could post zero stars for this "4am" liquor store. I arrived at this store with two friends at 3:54am after having traveled a 12 mile distance to get there and was very disappointed. Not only were the lights on, staff inside, and other customers outside with us- the excellent staff members had the nerve to continue to make what appeared to be "show me money" finger signals at us. There were two men inside who were completely unwilling to let any of us in, but were able to tell us that they were closed even though we arrived before closing time. I dont know what was worse, wasting our time driving there after a road trip- rushing to get there before 4am, or the fact that the staff was there, lights on, and communicating with us and other customers in a If this is what they call good business/customer service skills (even though theyre taxed 20% higher after 1am) Im floored. If youre going to label yourself 4am and keep the staff until 4am then please be willing to stay open until 4am, or maybe just shut down in general. DO NOT GO TO THIS LIQUOR STORE! There are many 4am liquor stores in Chicago that will actually serve you.

Many reviews give this place bad scores for poor service late at night. Make no mistake- they are bad during the day too. I used to go every week to pick up wine or beer after work. Went again a little bit ago, 5 in the evening on a Friday. Guy at the door checking id, which I have no issue with. He looked at it and back to me 4 or 5 times, asked if I had any other identification. I told him no, its a state id from Ohio. He kept looking, and after 30 seconds I asked for it back and just went over to Walgreens for even cheaper wine. Go here only if you are drunk enough to not remember the service. Otherwise, go anywhere else.

Posted on the web that they are open untill 4am, but when I drove 12miles, and got there at 3:55am, the doors were already locked. The employees just stood there flashing their hands like we didnt have enough money and laughing at us. Its not bad enough that I was going to have 2pay an extra 20% on top of there over-priced liquor after 2am, when I didnt have a choice since I dont get off work untill 3:30am.

Piss poor service and communication skills. I called to see if they had a bottle in stock and the worker mumbled words and ended the call. Im not surprised that this happened after reading all their reviews. Piss poor attitude.

Went here one last night around 12. Asked for my ID (which is fine) they almost broke it in half trying to see if it was fake or not. Horrible people work here and they have horrible prices. Go to Walgreens or 7/11
