TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION I work for an estate sale company and have been donating to Goodwill, every week after a sale, for over two years now. I have NEVER had as terrible of an experience as I had yesterday. I came to the store with a full 17ft truck and not a SINGLE person helped carry ANYTHING off the truck. The employee, Miguel, didnt help me carry anything, nor did he help anyone who came while I was there. All he did was roll the blue bins in and out. He even brought bins out to me and went back in the store EMPTY HANDED. I have donated thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of items at this specific location (520 South Schmale Road, Carol Stream, IL) and will NEVER be going back again. I will also be following up with a formal complaint with the store. This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE and is making me reconsider taking all future items to any Goodwill store.

I come to buy donated items for a decent price and am continuesly suprised at the high prices on most things. Why is it a expensive, rare, or collectible item will appear cheap in wrong parts of the store? Ive found good things in weird places, and I think I know why. According to one guy I work with, who has a friend who works at a goodwill, the people who price the stuff and then send it out, price good things low and call up friends to come and get it ASAP. If you go enough, you can find these. I ask employees alot of questions, and I get a lot of oppisite tales. CEO of goodwill made $800,000 in a year. GOODwill4him.

I like this Good Will. Ive found a lot of cool stuff there. What people dont understand is that while there are issues with every Goodwill store, you will find good stuff if you go enough times. This is a great store. Generally pretty clean and well organized. It does get a little crowded sometimes, but I think most Goodwill stores do. Five stars because they take all my donated items and five stars because the prices are good.

High rent store locations, over priced for used goods they get for free, but TOPPING if off is the SIX FIGURE incomes for their top brass/CEOS. Nice work. Not much goodwill here, much more like good bucks. LOVE DOING BUSINESS WITH SALVATION ARMY. Organized by color and size, clothing is fun to shop for, with lots of great finds. This is what charity thrift recycling should be all about.

The manager of this Goodwill as buying far one of the nicest people ever hes really mindful of his customers and that they have helped in and out of the door and also that the prices are kept Fair if somebody finds something wrong with something he is more than willing to work with them if theres no price tag. Really good person this is what Goodwill should be all about

Since this year, everything is expensive. Some things cost more here than at the original store. I used to go regularly but know i just stay in there for a couple minutes and find nothing then leave.

Over priced used items $3 for a chinese made flat head screw driver that sells for a $1 in any dollar store! The store has changed and not for the better of the customer.
