I visited this store, for the first time, a few months ago; I was looking for "vintage bohemian" decor for a project. It was a bohemian chics paradise. Patience & Time are a MUST while shopping here. The quantity of items can get overwhelming, isles can get tight & searching the racks can be tasking. But...on the right day, its worth the trial & tribulations! There are MANY good deals on brand names, boutique clothing, some designer, & household goods (some w/ original price tags still attached). Im not great at doing my returns/exchanges w/in the 10 day return policy. But the HUGE BONUS is: Goodwill issues a store credit for returns (that doesnt expire). There is a new "donation- resale shop" in my area- that also has a 10 day policy. But they DONT issue store credits. Any items being returned are offered an even exchange right on the spot or nothing. That policy stinks, for me. For that reason I prefer Goodwill!!!

Not only is there nothing worth going there for which I know is by donation only the ppl who work there are so rude!! I was looking at glassware and this Spanish lady was kinda pushing me out of her way I thought she was a customer till i looked at her shirt!! She was am employee straightening up the shelfs by pushing me out of the aisle. I said excuse me but she looked at me and didnt move. I will never ho back there. Plus the girls were just standing around talking while I waited to check out. I had to walk up and interrupt them

My four year old child found someone medicine on one of selling furniture table. She showed it to me asking what was. Scary moment. Im glad she did not ingested it. The very same day I purchased an item manager reassured me it was authentic by reading the inscriptions. Totally read the inscription wrong. Even though she made the mistake, I could not get a monetary refund. Will not be going back to this store for sure and donating my items elsewhere.

I bought a bookshelf from here, but didnt have a car big enough to take it home that day. They assured me that I could buy it and pick it up the next day with no problem. I went back less than 24 hours later and they sold the bookshelf I had already bought to somebody else. They need to have better communication between their employees.

Goodwill has a lot of items clothes are getting more expensive thats not good. Pretty soon they will be as much as salvation army then ur paying reg prices for used clothing. Not right but I like goodwill better than salv army

we go here all the time and they always have really good stuff. target gives them stuff all the time and it still the boxes and i must say it all so cheap. everything is always in its place ,but there always a huge line .

Barely any inventory. Focused more on merchandising than content. Small store. No one at the registers; had to wait for someone to notice us. No VHS. WAY OVERPRICED!! Furniture was the same price as housewares!
