Am very disappointed in Osco Drug. My son had a prescription called in on Monday afternoon, July 25th. He was told that they could not fill the prescription that day and it wouldnt be ready until Tuesday, July 26th at 3:00 p.m. He asked if he could pick it up at the Naperville Store. They told him they would get back to him. They never did. When he called Tuesday morning, he was told that the prescription had been ready since Monday afternoon. Why did he not get a phone call saying that it was ready. He went almost 24 hours without the medicine that he needed because someone at the Osco in Batavia was too lazy to pick up the phone and let him know he could pick up his prescription. I will not be going back to that pharmacy for any of my familys prescriptions in the future.

Very busy store on Sunday. My wife has their app and had some free items to obtain. The free items were sold out on the shelves and a stocker said they were all out. Another stocker said there was more stock at the front of the store. Also a monopoly piece that offered a prize of fresh salsa was no where to be found. A trip to the store manager said they would honor a subsitute off the shelf. So I did get the items but store should have had the items located properly without waiting for store clerks snd stockers to assist.

Halfway decent organics. There isnt any organic no-sweetner added soymilk in the refrigerated dairy section. Lots of soy products with sugar added, lots and lots with sugar added, but nothing that is without.

Lots of new fresh organic produce and best price for fresh squeezed orange juice- quite an improvement for the remodel and shelves and frozen are always stocked neatly. Friendly people working there.

Takes forever to get out of the store. Teller lines are slow and express lanes are a joke. Customers used to be able to scan their own groceries but I guess Jewel doesnt trust its shoppers any more.
