I enjoy shopping at this Jewel store over the one by my home in Oswego. The store is clean and organized. The deli and bakery staff are fast and courteous. They have many more items in the hot food serve yourself area. This is not offered in my store. The bakery at this store offers many brands and private label treats. Check out lines seem to move at a good pace. Overall, the Oswego store could use this store as a what to do example to improve that store. I would drive to this store which is much further than the one by my house just for the selection and positive staff service.

This is the Jewel I always shop at but I am honestly getting frustrated by the cashiers. Majority of them are unfriendly and trying to speak to them is horrible. I am friendly but the younger ones have this "attitude". Also, they CRAM food into the bags...I hate that. Trying to save money by not giving me one more bag that is worth 10cents when I just spent over $100 at your store...come on now!

Needed a place really close and convenient to get last minute medicine and other things for my sick child went to this store because online here says they are open til 1am and for some unknown reason they close at midnight!!!! What the hell kind of thing is that!!!!! needless to say they just lost a valuable shopper Very disappointed

This is the closest one near me and it has a very good variety in the grocery department with competitive prices. The produce i find it fresh but somewhat higher prices but overall very good value. I have never used the pharmacy deli or bakery here but I wouldnt hesitate to if needed.

It was fine until checkout the this fool Darnious or something like that, just throws my groceries into the cart like it owed him money or something my fruit and bread are just trashed, and the whole time standing with this grimace on his face like he hates me and his job,

Overpriced and has terrible customer service. After being shorted in change, I had to fight with them to prove I was shorted and get the change I was owed. I did finally get my money but it was such a hassle, they treated me like I was the one who did something wrong.

Very bad customer experience. Irresponsible staff and management and who have the least respect for customer service. Called and followed up on an issue with Ice mountain water bottles and the management is trying to kill the issue by not responding or calling.

Jewel on Eola Rd has done a great job redoing there store love shopping there. There fresh fruit department is A+. They have 3 check outs for small orders which there are always 3 girls. Then bigger orders there is always 3 check outs open. Some great sales.
