I love the selection of Hispanic foods. Usually pretty good prices on everything. Produce department is clean, well kept and stocked.. Actually better and much fresher then the Meijer down the road. Id say the freshness is almost comparable to Jewels. Staff is friendly and I rarely see any employee with a frown on their face. They even have a seating area where you can eat food you purchase at a small stand thats part of the deli. They sell tacos, burritos, various meats to put on, good selection of sides and drinks. Id have given a four star rating but no rest rooms in case someone has to go, and a bad habit of closing a few minutes earlier then their hours state. On multiple occasions Ive driven up hoping to quickly grab something, only to find the doors locked as much as 3-5 minutes early. I know that last part may not seem like a big deal to many, but when you are as busy as I am most days, an extra minute or two to get into the grocery and purchase what you need means a lot. Wish theyd stick to their hours exactly as they are posted. I know most every other place does. Up to the second actually. Youll never see a jewel, Walgreens, CVS, or most any other place lock the doors early.

Great food! Great prices! Ordered 25 tacos, prepared, half chicken half pork, toppings on the side + half pan rice + large chips and guac + 3ft American sub. I placed the order for a work meeting with 14 people. We had more than enough food and everyone loved everything. We ordered the sub just in case someone wasnt a fan of Mexican cuisine. The food was not spicy. The tacos included sides of Verde and red salsa. The red salsa is HOT and amazing! So if you want heat, youll enjoy there red salsa! The food was ready and freshly made at our scheduled pick up time. I have no complaints, and highly recommend Ruffolo Fresh Market. Some people commented that they expected cut slices of steak for carne steak tacos. This meat is actually ground, which is what you find at most Mexican restraunts. Both carne and pollo tacos were delish!

My review is for the kitchen in the back of this place. On the wknds they have goat Barbacoa so I try to buy that by the pound. Their hot sauce is the best Ive tried. I like to think that I can try spice, but even this gives me a kick in the taste buds. Love it

Great produce at affordable prices. They also have great Taco Tuesday and Thursday! $5 for fresh tacos and a drink. Its had to beat a deal like that. I live in the city but I come here after work to get groceries.

They have incredible tacos. The taco Tuesday deal is great as you get 3 authentic tacos and a soda for 5 bucks. Al pastor, carnitas and Barbacoa are the best in my opinion. Tongue if youre feeling adventurous.
