These people deserve at a shot at your business if you are considering using Verizon as your carrier. I have visited this store 3 times and always found people who know what they are doing; much more so than other Verizon stores I have used. You will have an issue with your phone some day after purchasing it and this store is the best I have found for after sale service.

Buyer beware...go to a real Verizon store. I was told that I needed to pay the first and last payment on my phone up front, and that money would be applied to the price of my phone. WRONG! When I got my Verizon bill, phone was full price so I called TCC. Out of the $80 they charged me, $50 could be credited toward phone IF I bought a new phone there in two years. Rip- off

Great service Ive had all the phone carriers you can think of at&t Sprint,Us cellular Nextel they were a joke I switched to Verizon 2 years ago and Im happy the service is great my bill is exactly the same every month Lexy is great and the rest of the staff couldnt ask for better people there honest
