Im giving 5 stars to Bayberries and to Donna specifically! I called requesting a flowering plant that could arrive in a planter/basket and later, be transplanted to last for years to come. She was so helpful and even suggested that she could go to the local nursery and pick out the plants herself to make sure that my friend and her elderly mother would receive just the right plants.Amazing! In this day and age, to offer to go out of her way, and personally shop for me...just a caller from another state. She could have easily just said that they did not have what I needed and passed me on to someone else. She was kind, honest, and really knocked it out of the park on delivering two beautiful flowering plants to my friend. I have received pictures and heartfelt thanks from my friend. Her mom is not well, and the plants are bringing her a lot of joy! Thank you, a million times over, Donna! You really touched my friend, her mother, and me, with your excellent service! <3

Flowers were nice- However, the front of the bouquet had a card saying "your the best", when I called to let them know it was incorrect grammar, I was told "my girls are florists, not English majors" (but clearly not high school graduates). I was also told, the phrase "your the best" was what was listed on the web site and couldnt be changed. So I looked on the web site, and you know what happened? It said "Youre the Best". I then realized that the personalized message was spelled incorrectly- "efficiant", and I dont know what a fish ant is. The complete lack of customer service and immediate defensive posturing has created a very negative attitude that I doubt could be repaired. I will be very vocal in letting the people I know how I was treated and brushed off. Thank you Bayberries (for encouraging me to find another florist), "your the best"!

The wonderful flowers from Bayberries have brightened my day! I received a very special bouquet of peach-colored roses and white lilies after my son was born. The flowers were fragrant, and lasted until long after I was home from the hospital. I highly reccommend Bayberries!

Great place! Please dont judge me LOL BUT i did a last minute little flower gift for that special person, and well she had the flowers, she didnt have any drivers to deliver them, but! SHE went out of her way to make sure they got to their destination, now is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Although I called late in the afternoon and they didnt have anything masculine pre-made, they put together an arrangement and delivered it to the hospital for me in less than an hour, without a delivery charge. Thank you so much for your friendly, great service!

I did not have the best experience with this place. I actually had a very unpleasant experience here however, their customer service in correcting the situation was satisfactory. I will make an attempt to use them again.
