Very courteous and will bend over backwards to give you what youre looking for. We called in a panic at the last minute and they were still able to make us something beautiful. Very creative. :) I have to say that I read one review here complaining the flowers didnt look like an internet photo? DONT ORDER ONLINE! (From You Flowers, 1800Flowers, etc) because THOSE companies misrepresent the product. The photos ARE photo-shopped! The florists follow a recipe provided to them by the companies selling it on the internet and are told to make it as described NOT as pictured. . There was a special report on the news. As for "dead" alstromeria in that funeral arrangement? Those are actually the opposite, VERY fresh alstromeria which have yet to bloom. No, they shouldnt use it in a spray that is only going to be there for the day..but they are far from dead. Un-bloomed alstromeria looks awful.

We needed a funeral floral arrangement for a memorial. When we ordered it, we needed it the next day and we were told that certain flowers on it wouldnt be available since they would have to special order it. We were fine with that; no biggie. When it was brought to the memorial service, I was severely disappointed. Most of the accented flowers were wilted and browned. They were dying and falling off DURING THE SERVICE!! Not the kind of thing you want to see at a memorial service. To top it off, the ribbon used to spell out the honorees name was printed on reciept paper!!!! Cheap, shotty craftsmanship and just plain insulting. Next time you want to spend $100+ on a floral arrangement (especially for a funeral since they didnt seem to care that they sent DYING flowers to one) I recommend elsewhere.

Poor service, when flowers finally arrived they were wilted and two stems were broken off so it had to be thrown away after only a couple of days. I had ordered a Christmas centerpiece but it arrived a day later than promised and in poor condition. Arrived too late for the special occasion it was intended for. Many excuses were made including my "rural location." I will never use them again. expensive prices for poor quality product and very poor customer service.

When I called Caldwell Floral, they were so great on the phone, so pleasant! They made me feel like my floral and Balloon order was very important to them. I needed a big bouquet and large 25 balloon order delivered in 4 hours and they were right on it! Plus they texted me a picture of the bouquet! I will always call them for my gift orders!

It was absolutely amazing!! They had fantastic customer service!! I need flowers last minute and couldnt afford a whole lot and they were the cheapest in the entire valley!! (I called to every single place) The woman working that day was so sweet and even added a few extra flowers for me!! Absolutely fantastic!! Will be going again

These ladies are awesome! Robin created a completely custom arrangement for my mom for Mothers Day and it was perfect! I also got a dozen individually wrapped roses, and they went the extra mile and even made those look amazing! Also a great value and great service, definitely going to be going back there whenever I need flowers!

I ordered a best seller from their website... Please look for the picture above. It is a snapshot of the website image, and the product that arrived. Im not gonna go off and nail a single star on their coffin for this... Theyre just flowers...You make the choice... I was let down.

Get well flowers delivered to me early afternoon and did not look fresh. By next morning they looked like a week old bouquet, wilted, droopy and unpleasent looking. I would not ues this florist, very disappointing.
