My experience here was far beyond any expectation of customer service Ive had. Their willingness to help and desire to make a difficult situation easier was a dramatic relief. I came here to fill a prescription and was shocked to find that for some reason my company insurance had been cancelled. I spoke with my company and they said it would not be up for a few days. (you cant imagine my shock, there was no delay in my paycheck withholding the funds for this) Ben stepped in and though he couldnt fix the whole situation did what he could. Thank you Ben.

Very disappointed when I went to return something without my receipt. I was told I could not get a full refund. I asked if it was on sale now as I understand that they would only honor the sale price. I was told it was due to all the theft and people steal things and then try to return it. So because they cant control theft, I lose $7.00? I know it isnt a lot of money but for someone over 60 and no job it can be used for something else. More about a policy that isnt displayed anywhere.

I love this pharmacy, the pharmacists and their helpers, they are all great! Been going to this one for two yrs now and wont go to any other one. Always willing to work with you to fulfill the needs of their patients/customers!
