My family and I have been loyal customers of this pharmacy since the store opened, but over the past several months something has changed. The staff we knew and loved are gone, and now you rarely see the same face twice behind the counter. The staff is usually rude, they complain about being overly busy, and I have been asked to come back 2 hours later when I had a confirmed pick up time because they "got behind". No one takes the time to try and solve a problem if there is one, and one female staffer actually said to me "what do you want me to do about it?". Whatever you do, dont agree to auto-refill your prescriptions. That seems to cause confusion that no one can sort out, and nothing short of your doctor writing new scripts can fix it. After all these years I never thought I would say it, but after this week I think we are transferring our prescriptions to Walgreens.

We have been using this CVS since it was built. Yikes!! What is going on with your Pharmacy Support staff at this store. Quality and courtesy has plummeted in the last few months. Twice we have been discouraged (somewhat rudely) from even leaving a prescription because they were "so busy". And I dont mean they told us it would be a long wait but actually it will be a long wait so you should probably take your script with you somewhere else if you need it. I have never written a review for a Pharmacy but my wife and I have been so shocked by the declining service I decide to write this.

This CVS is one of the worst I have ever been too. They take so long to do everything its almost as if they have to hand make the drugs in the back before you get them. Theyre customer service is 82, but if you ask me it should be at -82. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Goes to show that even if you have an education & wear a white lab coat, u can still compete in levels of nasty with the Department of Driver Services. We get it, processing prescriptions is not the most exciting thing in this universe.

This place always takes care of me, but I do have to admit that the pharmacy can be in a bit of a disarray sometimes. I will say, as others have, that Tori is outstanding. Whatever you are paying her, it needs to be more.
