Very rude people working pharmacy. Twice in one week they forgot to scan in my prescription after dropping it off. ( found out when called almost two hours later) When I called to complain all the lady on the other end would say is "I know". Then the pharmacist herself, when I got to her just said okay. They do not care about people in need of their medication. If you get missed in their scanning in medications to be filled oh well. Wait until the next day if its late. People need their medicine and depend on pharmacies to make sure it is given out timely and properly. Well Walgreens in Dacula, Ga has failed many times. Its just this time twice in one week was the straw that broke the camels back here. I will take my business elsewhere. Seeing how they not once apologized nor acted concerned. But well at least they admitted they just didnt scan it in.

Worst place to fill a perscription ever. Iv tried to fill two perscriptions here and the pharmacy never has it done on time or never calls me to let me know theres a problem. I tried calling several times and was always put on hold for 10 minutes. I had to drive up there to see what the problem was and still had to wait. I took my written perscription and went elsewhere and had it filled within the hour. I would not recommend getting anything filled at this location they throw it to the side and dont even call and let you know what the problem is. The pharmacist are rude and the lack of customer service...I will never come to this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy staff insisted we fill all our prescriptions or we could get none of them. I have never ever had such poor customer service. They must work on commission or something. We intended, per our Doctors advice to keep a prescription on file if we needed it later. But no, they claimed they called not our Doctor but a random Physicians Asst at the same location who claimed we must fill all of them. Funny how a PA can out doctor an MD if it suits Walgreens goals of selling prescriptions. Great and caring (NOT) when my wife was in pain and needed certain prescription. Worst place we ever encountered for filling a prescription.

I just had the best experience with the photo department! After paying for a few items and getting home, I realized that I had left an incredibly important piece of paper on the counter. I called and talked to Barry, who had already secured it away for me, and then about an hour before I returned to get it, PJ personally called me to make sure I knew that they had it for me. Thank you so much to the staff for providing such great service and taking care of my items as if they were their own!

Rude, argumentative seems he was trying to be a physician and diagnose my need for a medication with out the need for any exam or test. wouldnt recommend any Pharmacy that does this. had bad experience with this and also the Walgreens in winder GA. Im done with them both. Never been treated as bad at any other Pharmacy my entire life. other Walgreens seem good just not these two.
