What was extremely misleading were the reviews that rated this establishment with such high ratings for customer service and professionality. I didnt know what to make of all of the bad ratings. I did some research and finally decided that I would just visit for myself. I stopped by today to have some of my questions answered about nipple piercings before I scheduled an appointment since this would have been my first body modification and I wanted to be well versed on the decision I made. Im so glad I did. When I came in, Mr. Jonas was in the process of servicing another customer and (since it was just one giant room with blocked off areas for work) I told him that I didnt mean to disturb his work, only that I had a few questions before planning to come back in for a nipple piercing. Mr. Jonas was unable to answer any of my questions I had about the type of jewelry they used, procedures, or healing. He was very short with me as if he was annoyed that I wanted to know more about how he would handle my piercing. He continuously repeated that he would only answer my questions once I came back for my appointment. The only question he was able to answer was of the price. I politely told him that I would call back and schedule an appointment, hoping that we would at least give me information about what I could expect if I came back in and he simply stared at me and blinked. I left with a bad feeling about the whole thing. If a customer expresses genuine interest in one of your services and inquires about how it will be done and what will be used, they deserve be able to find out what they are getting themselves into BEFORE they arrive for an appointment. I dont want to waste my time and money (or yours, frankly) if I were to come in and learn that your procedures, materials, and/or type of jewelry wasnt for me. It is completely unreasonable, and quite frankly disconcerting, to ask a customer to blindly walk into a service, knowing that I have many questions. Like the other reviews, I believe that he may not have even answered my questions until he was setting up equipment, obviously to ensure that he was paid regardless of whether I decided to go through with it or not. I hate to be writing this type of review. I thought the bad reviews were a hoax too before I visited for myself. I am disappointed because I expected much more based on some of the reviews and his experience in his profession that I learned during my research. I was very excited. However, I am simultaneously relieved that I didnt just schedule an appointment and go in without checking the place out first. And while I do have a hard time finding a reliable, professional tattoo parlor on this side of town, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone for any reason. It seems like a bad, uncomfortable experience where it should be a pleasant and exciting one. I hope my disturbing experience serves as a warning to others that are on the fence considering getting a body mod done here.

PEOPLE PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!!!! YESTERDAY, which was 1/13/2016. I visited the parlor with my husband for a nose piercing. At the very beginning Johas was rude and condescending. Which did not help me put my nerves at ease. I asked him ONE QUESTION about the size of the piercings and he responded he will answer it when he get to it. He has ZERO customer service skills. Hes not polite at all and very arrogant. I was done with the disrespect so I told him. I didnt need his services anymore. He told me I could leave after I pay him $20 because he said he was setting up. He threatened to call the POLICE and put a WARRANT OUT FOR MY ARREST..... He never provided any service to me so I owe him ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!. I wish I would have paid more attention to the recent reviews because he ruined a wonderful date night I planned with my husband. I had know idea I was going to be writing a bad review about this tattoo parlor. But please learn from my mistakes. The bad reviews are 100% TRUE!!!!!! Mr. Jonas, I gave you a bad review because my experience at your shop was awful. So you expect customers to deal with your bad attitude and pay you their hard earned money. I dont think see. I decided to leave and you threatened to put a warrant out for my arrest. You provide ZERO service to me. How dare you treat customers like this!!!!!! You threatened me to pay you $20 or your calling the cops. You didnt do anything!!! For your information I did talk to cops at the Stockbridge Police Department and guess what??? Deciding to leave an establishment because of poor treatment is not a crime. If you were polite and had a ounce of common courtesy you would not have so many bad reviews. Mr. Jonas never takes responsibility for anything, He blames the customers instead. Just read the Owner Responses!!!! He should apologize and ask customers to give him another chance to show them that he can be professional but HE DOESNT!!!!

I went here because I had heard nothing but good things about this establishment. Me and my best friend decided to get matching tattoos on my birthday (my very first one), so I told her we would go here. We get there and the guy asks us what we want done today. I say "we want tattoos done." He immediately asks my friend "and how old are we today?" My friend does look really young and isnt even five feet, so she laughs and says "I get that a lot but Im 23." They guy just says, in kind of a rude voice, "its store policy." (Mind you he didnt ask my age, I mustve looked like I belonged there, lol). Anyways, we tell him we want a simple arrow (hey, its my first tattoo) and then he asks how big and where. My friend tells him on her ribcage and a smaller size (because she is tiny) because she doesnt want it to span her whole side. He replies "Well you dont want it too small because then it will look ratchet, like something you got done at Panama City Beach." So then they go back and forth about size and she finally asks him to write a sketch (with like pen and paper) of the size. And he says "no, Im not writing it down with you not telling me how big first." then he asks me when and where and i say my shoulder blade and the side the length of my wrist. He says "okay, that will be $100." I was thinking "is that right for a simple arrow... like 8 lines with no shading???" Then him and my friend settle on a size and he tells her it will cost $100 as well. I pulled her to the side and asked if this was normal pricing (she has a few tattoos), and she was NO! So needless to say we left and I am still tattoo-less. He kind of turned me off from getting one for the time being. Terrible experience.

The owner/piercer/ tattoo artist Jonas had a huge spill about how his shop was operated on a level like a medical office, sanitary wise. He told me how long hed been tattooing and piercing. I trusted him to pierce my nose and I got a surface piercing. I already had my nose pierced previously, so I knew about the process and the proper jewelry for a fresh piercing. However, Jonas put the wrong ring in, claiming it would reduce swelling. Usually you get a screw back so it wont fall out when its first done. He used a stud. Because he used a stud it fell out while I was sleeping a week later and the hole closed. Definitely should have stuck with my first mind. For my surface, I did ALL my research on healing, jewelry and etc. However, once again he told me instead of using a straight bar a bar with a slight curve would be better for healing. I went against all my research and instinct because I figured as a piercer I should trust him. WRONG should have followed my instinct. First thing he pierced it in the wrong spot and than had to repierce in the right one. So painful!! 2-3 weeks afterwards, I went to 3 different piercers that told me it was done WRONG! I had to take it out and let it close. The correct jewelry wouldnt work because it was healing with the curved bar. They told me I would have to start over. After all that I just took it out and decided against it. Overall I wasted money on both piercings and ended up with a scar from an improperly done piercing. Trust your research and instinct. Dont listen to him rant...
