The cashier was an elderly lady, very sweet but she was by herself and several people in line behind me.. I love shopping at Big Lots because of the unique items and reasonable prices, but it always seems they are short on cashiers.. I understand labor percentages, but it affects the shopping experience. You spend time in the store brousing and funding great stuff and then go to check out and theres 4-5 ppl ahead of you and one cashier.

I bought 4 beds from them that lasted 4 months before they went to falling apart and eas told they would give a discount on new bed but wouldnt replace them .
