I was walking up to the door when an employee (white male), walked up to the door, locked it, and then turned the open sign off IN MY FACE. He accompanied this with a "cut it off" gesture, which i can only assume meant he was closing. I then watched another gentleman (different from the first), walk outside and smoke a cigarette, then return into the store. The time was 3:25 which is well inside their store hours. I honestly had to laugh at how rude this was but obviously I will never go to this business again. The owner of this establishment should be aware that in at least one instance (the one I speak of), the employees directly caused a loss in revenue. I am willing to bet this in not the first or only time. I guess you cant give some people money.

the staff in the building are very rude and obnoxious. They dont pay anything for your stuff and they will lie on the phone to get you to come in I had the lady tell me to bring in my equipment and they would buy it. I brought it in perfect condition and she studyied it for about 2 minutes and said we cant buy it becaues its missing a serial number. I ended up finding the serial number for her and she said sorry we cant buy it. she said oh thats not the serial number. without even re checking it. If she would hav looked she would have seen it read serial number very clear under it. I wasted my time and gas and she had a attitude the whole time. its not long before this business goes under with the shady people they have employed their

Do not take your business to this place. Idk if the lady at the cash register hate her job or simply needs to get laid but she does not like to do business. I bought a lg phone for around 400 back in october it is now being sold for 299.99.. she offered me 50 for it. I tried to barter at least 100.. nope. She literally just said "no" and put my phone on the table then turned away to mess with the computer... Im like " Im still standing here"... ugly person inside and out

I walk in and Im being very nice and cheerful and my mood was instintly brought down by the girl behind the counter! She was not only rude when I called, she was very short and rude when I was in the store. When I decided not to sell my items to her she didnt even help me put up the items she opened and looked at! I will never set foot back in that place

very helpfull nice girl working, while i was there she had to deal with alot of impatient rude people. i was nice and polite to her and she cut my interest in half even tho people were screaming in her ear because she could not give them prices over the phone. i will come back again and again.

I went to pawn some things at Pawn Express just for a short time. The lady named Parker was very helpful. She gave me a fair price and it was easy to get it back. I would def. recommend for quick cash. I just wish they were open a little later.
