I have experienced very bad, unfriendly service at the KITCHEN (Deli) department today, June 21st, Wednesday, roughly at 7.40 PM at Sprouts Farmers Market, 5130 Peachtree Pkwy. I was calling and waiting for the attendant for several minutes. Finally he showed up seeming to be very discontented, he did his job (weighing sausages) unwillingly, literally throwing my purchase to me in a complete silence, not saying a word of gratitude or just good-bye. I guess it was rather a managers fault - hiring people, who doesnt meet the basic customer service requirements. The workers like this one are damaging the reputation of Sprouts. I do not have a wish to visit the store next time, sorry to say that.

I hate this store. The produce might be cheap, but the quality and selection usually suck. The meat is good, but theyre very slow to actually stock anything on sale, so Ive left empty handed on several occasions, including today, when I would have easily spent $50 more. They frequently mislabel item prices or leave off tags entirely. Youre really lucky if you see more than one checkout line open and wait fewer than 10 min to pay. I also hate that they dont stock many local items. I dont want your crappy generic BBQ sauce, I want Williamson Bros from Marietta. The store brand staples at Whole Foods are the same price. I wont be going here again unless Im really in a pinch.

The selection of greens was very wilted and not fresh at all. I also received horrible customer service. I received stares from the employees the entire time I shopped. When I got to the register my magnet strip on my card would not read and it was like pulling teeth to get them to enter my card information and they still pestered me for an ID even though I entered my Pin once they finally typed my card in. I have never received such snobbish and poor service in my life. Ive also seen a bigger selection of produce at my local Kroger. So looks like Ill stick to them.

Loved working here, fun place to work, pay is pretty nice, other employees and managers are great, customers are generally very pleasant, produce prices are cheaper than other stores and tastes fresher and you can tell they have more standards (wont even sell bananas if it has a couple brown spots), I buy my meat and produce only from sprouts. Grocery prices are great, shelves always look great, omg those deli sandwiches are great, bakery makes the best muffins and muffins fresh everyday.

There are two things that stand out at this Sprouts compared to other grocery stores we visit: the produce and the meat departments are excellent. We can always be confident that these items are fresh, natural (non GMO) and fairly priced (especially compared to the store that we call Whole Pay Check).

Awesome customer service. The cashiers are very friendly but not enough of them. Only ever seen two open at once ever. Not sure why management makes there customers wait. Other major stores have fixed this issue by opening a new line when more than 3 are waiting. Come on Sprouts get with it.

I enjoy everything about sprouts until I have to check out. No, its not cause Im about to use my whole paycheck on what Im buying- far from it. Its cause Im about to lose my whole evening waiting in line. Check out is so slow! Either not enough cashiers or the ones there just take forever

I really love the fresh wholesome selections! The absolute best place to get fresh lunch meat. Nothing with nitrates and freshly sliced! The "just chicken" is my go-to backup for when I dont feel like cooking! They also carry Alkaline water, which is kind of hard to find!

Love this place! Easily go here every other day. From cooked food to fresh local produce, they are the best alternative to the big grocery stores. I shop for sales only because it can get pricy but I find comfort that its mostly healthy, wholesome, non GMO food.

I love Sprouts! The employees are cool, the sales are phenomenal. I just bought asparagus for $.98/ lb! I have bought Haas avocados 3/$1.00; grapes for $.97/ lb.; Greek Gods lrg yoghurt @2/$5.00; Pink Lady Apples for 1.99/lb! Their prices & fresh produce ROCKS!

I love this store, customer service here is over the top. Special kudos to Richard (I think he is the store manager). He jumped start my car when my battery died recently, he was kind and attentive and wouldnt take a tip for his service. Keep up the great work!

Love Sprouts I go there weekly. There handmade sausage is really good and there produce is exceptional. I dont buy any of their organic stuff or vitamins so I cant tell you much about that but otherwise there prices and quality of food is really good!!!

Always a problem at this Sprouts: long lines at the checkout counter. And there is no self checkout. Even if you are here just to buy a handful of items, you end up spending time at the checkout counter. Otherwise, its a great store

A little intimidating the first time, but now its my first stop for groceries. The prices are usually (a lot) better than earthfare for the same products. The vitamin, health and beauty section is big and full of trustworthy brands.

Brand new store!! Super clean and great workers! The produce was beautiful and not a bad price :) My favorite thing is that they have at least 5 aisles of products you can by in bulk!!! Save that money and by just what you need!

Good produce. Sometimes they have nice prices too. Watch the fliers. The olive bar is $9 a pound. They also sell nuts, seed, etc by the pound. Only downside is that we dont do all our shopping here so its a extra stop.

Good quality stuff, if they have what you want. Meaning they carry a limited number of brands. Their meat is expensive, but good. Veggie selection is hit or miss. Good bulk section. Great selection of vitamins.

We really love Sprouts. Great place to buy grass fed ground beef (on sale now at $3.99 /lb.), cukes & green peppers (on sale now @ 2/ $1.00), limes (5 for $1.00). Freat produce at great prices.
