This particular store has changed a lot in the past few years since the armed robbery/murder that happened in the store in 2010. The prices are extremely high, and the customer service is abysmal. I used to love this store, but now dislike it as much. I usually go in the evenings and it appears that the store is ran by teenagers. They all congregate in the front "office area" and seem annoyed when they have to check me out. There is usually one older person there on a register, and the kids standing around doing nothing. I could even overlook most of the bad customer service if their prices werent astronomical compared to every store in this area. I just dont get how Ingles is letting this store go down the drain. I even called the store and spoke with a "manager". Apologies but no action.

I came here to get some deli food and use my laptop while waiting for a client I had to pick up. Two starts because the place is clean and most people were friendly. Two stars only because of the deli. Even though the food was in a warmer it was cold and soggy. I barely was able to eat my chicken strips and didnt eat the fries. This place is subpar compared to my Ingles in Ellijay. Next time Im out here on business I will NOT be stopping here.

The Bakery department is amazing. They always box up my fresh doughnuts for me. They are always amazing, at EVERY Ingles Bakery. The consistency between the stores is definitely noticeable and very much appreciated. Keep up the excellent work.

Ok supermarket, but pricy. Whatever you do, DONT FORGET YOUR INGLES CARD, OR YOU WILL PAY RIDICULOUS PRICES! Buyer beware!
