Ugly and lazy staff in meat section!!! With this Cumming Sprouts, my first experience was: few weeks ago, I took the whole chicken to cut them into peaces, and I was told the machine is broken and will be ready by next week. I went the following week and I was told the machine is still not ready. Few days later, I called the store instead of walking in to see if the machine is fixed. I spoke to one of staff and I was asked to come into the store and thats when I came to know that they never use machine to chicken and it was always cut by hand. The meat section slackers were lying claiming the machine is broke just because they were lazy. I explained my experience to the store manager and manager responded very well and he requested me to bring it to on duty store manager if I ever come across any of these situations. However today, I went again to buy whole chicken and asked the meat (lazy slackers) to cut into small peaces, I got the chicken cut into just three peaces. I have pictures taken how they cut the whole chicken and I am going post them in social networks like Facebook, Twitter and circulate in my Whats up network. I bought whole chicken from Publix and Ingles several times and had them to cut into small peaces and never had issues. But this Sprouts location meat unprofessional ugly staff will make small things hard. I decided to never step into this store ever!

I was loving this store. They do run great sales and have pretty fresh produce. I have encountered some very unpleasant people working in this store though. Last night I was excited to take my husband with me so he could see what all my excitement was about. Well, not only did they not have three of the five items that were on our list, the employees were not helpful at all. Then at check out they would not accept my coupons because I did not have the mobile app. I had been online through my account and loaded coupons. I opted not to print them because it said I could put my phone number in at checkout. They kinda laughed about it but would not reconcile my problem. I will probably not go back, I cant stand when people false advertise. I was pleased that the manger called me after my review and let me know they are trying to retrain the staff to better handle problems. I was very pleased they gave me a gift card and wanted to keep me as a customer. Hopefully they will continue to get better.

So glad to have this store close by, the have a good selection of the things I buy most, the sales are great and its super convenient. My only complaint is that they let the produce expire and if you dont get in right at the shipment delivery you will have to dig to find something fresh. I also enjoy the items in the deli department, the meals are always fresh and delicious.

Ive only met the most helpful and friendly people in every department Ive shopped in -from meat to fruit & vegetables, wine to barrels of nuts and grains. Ive done comparison shopping and found Sprouts to have better pricing on many things, but I dont live very close so my trips there are more sporadic than Id like.

I love Sprouts. They have a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables at great prices and healthy foods that are hard to find in the average grocery stores. I also love the selection of items (nuts, beans, rice, dried fruits, etc) that you can package yourself, thereby buying only what you need.

Good product selection. Prices are alright. Its worth it to look for the ads and specials. They run really good specials. I wish there was more consistency with the stock, but I come in at different times and days, so I cant complain too bad. Staff was friendly. Place is clean
