Pro: The staff and management are very personable and efficient. Bright and clean inside. Security often visible at entrance. Cons: The parking lot can get disgusting. Patrons often drop garbage in the lot instead of using the garbage can. Used food containers and would you believe dirty diapers. Some cars park in the fire lane/no parking zone instead of the lot which causes unnecessary traffic blockage. This flagrant behavior is unfortunate for customers, management, and staff.

Went to the deli today to get a sub and the deli was OUT of banana peppers. How can that be?? Those are a staple at the deli counter and this was the heart of lunch time, not late at night or something. I asked for them and the person just said they were out. No offer to run over to the appropriate aisle and get some, no attempt to rectify the situation at all. NOT good service and not helpful. Disappointing.

Six ladies working the deli, got in line for a sandwich, 2nd of two people. 2 people being attended to at the counter. By the time I was called up, the line was at 8, and the deli workers kept on with their conversations. Absolutely shoddy customer service. I will not be back a 3rd time at that deli. I am, and will continue to be a Publix customer, just not this one if I can help it.

I started going to this Publix location after a series of bad experiences at a location closer to me. Each time I visit East Lake Publix it is a great visit and the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The thing that I like most is that my online deli orders (sandwiches mainly) are ready on time and correctly made. This is an excellent Publix!

Im glad that Publix is in our neighborhood. This store is always well maintained and clean. But, I get so frustrated when I shop here because they cant seem to stock all the items in the correct places on the shelves, which leads to a lot of confusion on the prices. The pharmacy at this location is terrible, I gave up on it a while ago.

I always experience good customer service, for the most part, when I shop here. The store associates do not run away from you when they see you. They embrace your presence and go out of their way to assist you. That is your trademark. Most Publix stores are a cut above other grocerers. Keep up the good work.

Called up there to ask a simple question which was what time did they shut down their western union. I was told that they can not disclose that information and that the store close at 10. Why couldnt they just give me a simple answer to a simple question.

Not very pleasant to instacart shoppers. Cashier bagged all items and placed in cart. Once she saw me paying via instacart she removed all items from cart and removed from bags and said " oh instacart has to bag their own items smh...#beingextra

Horrible atmosphere... People of diff nationalities cramed in the same aisle making shopping and communication difficult. The staff is unpredictable choosing which race to give great cust service to. Semi-Racist or selective service.

Wonderful place to shop great customer service. Staff is courteous and friendly and I usually dont have to wait in long line to check out. Prices are a little high but I guess you have to pay the price for good service and product.

I appreciate the manager who took the time to check stock for the soup thats on sale this week. He even went to get them and stock the shelf after giving my husband and I the amount of cans we wanted to purchases. The Blues thank you.

Love the lighting & how clean it is. The staff is wonderful. The deli is fantastic. Display of food second to none. Just beware they are expensive compared to other Super Markets. Some of the BOGOs are good bargains though...

How sad, normally when I ask for a couple packs of clean plastic bags to use at our church food pantry, the manager usually doesnt hesitate to help. Not today! The manager was so rude.... Thanks so much for your help!!

I never knew this Public location existed past EAV but Im glad its there. This location is much less packed then the one off Ponce so its worth the extra mile drive. All the staff was helpful and friendly.

The absolute worst Publix. Having been a Publix employee and Floridan this store doesnt represent the brand and customer service that Publix maintains. Either retrain the whole store or close it down!

Deli counter service could have been better. They didnt have some of the side ready at lunchtime. I was told that I have to wait 20 minutes. Just not good enough.

Very nice staff. Wish there was a big section dedicated for organic/vegan options like the Kroger on N Decatur Rd. Only go here for wine or beer pick up now.
